I think trying to access someone's IQ when they believe - like muslims, christians, hindu, budists etc - in a deity that cannot be proven exists , lowers IQ considerably in my opinion.

Seems to me that these posts regularly come up on here and I have to ask why so many people come here with so little money or financial noddle. I can send about £1460 a month to live here, made up of both an early pension and UK rental income (I rent out for £1000 but my village is £1500 - but I want my tenant). I get my full UK pension in 6 years. I know that I am not rich, especially compared to most people here on this site. But the money is more than enough for me and my family. My point is I planned my retirement and living here. I planned what money I would have and the baht yoyo merry-go-round effects me , but it is liveable. If you feel a need to moan about having little money I would have to say that the problem is probably of your own making or aiming for a dream that was beyond you. For those saying my own plans could go bits up with my tenant not paying and me losing most of my income, it did happen and I spent a year away from my wife and daughter repairing my house after a bad tenant ruined it. So even the best laid plans can go awry

I have a serious worry Trump will win the election and then the democrats try to arrest him prior to be being sworn in. If the democrats lose the election, it will take them a decade to rebuild their party and get the extreme left out, and that is a serious issue for them being out of power for a decade.

I can only assume you mean 4pm - if that is the case then I 100% think the reverse is true. Single guys are off to the girlie bars at 4pm as the evening shift of women has just arrived, and the married guys stay until 6 or 7 and go home to the wife an evening with the family

OK, so these figures will be way out, but lets assume there are about 40 million thais currently working, and due to pre 65 age death, 800,000 reach retirement each year. If the age of retirement is increased to 65, 4 million jobs will need to be added to the thai economy ABOVE the current employment merely to stand still over the next 5 years !!! So unless idiot governments al over the world come up with employment plans ahead of increasing the retirement age, then you could well be building up youth unemployment

Many of the people I know use agents - probably 95% actually. Your suggestion of getting rid of agents will mean destitution for most of them, no money for family , wife, kids etc. Suggesting this is an insult to many of them If you want rid of agents, then at least make marriage mean a path to citizenship

My home UK town is Marlow, lovely little riverside town in the green belt on the river thames - hugely expensive, There was recently a planning application to build a film studio of the green area next to the town, Our town voted against it and it was denied. Then the national election happened and all the lefties living in my town filled the local FB sites with vote labour and tories not working. Many idiots supported that, but had voted down the film studio And then , low and behold Labour are going to go against the vote to deny the studio and build it !! You vote Labour at your own risk. Good thing for me, is I can now fleece film studio crew for rent if it goes through as normal rents in my town per month will go from £1500 to £2000 a month ! And when I sell it to move up north and get the wife to the UK in 7 years, I can have a bigger house :)
