I agree 100% that each Immigration office can treat things differently - that is why I would suggest speaking to the local IO for clarification of their requirements. Logic ? says that you have complied with the previous terms of approval by keeping 800k and then dropping tp 400k. The 800k for 2 months prior is directly connected to the upcoming application, the new basis of applying requires 12 x 65k transfers as described above.... BUT.....check with the IO

Thank you. That is as maybe. Actually I don't 'legally' have to report until 90 days after 22nd July - that will soon change to 90 days after my next reentry date on 25th August. I don't in any way dispute the Immigration rule stating that 90 days resets on reentry to Thailand. My whole point is that the systems are not joined up and I will receive an Immigration notification around 31 August for a report date of 16 September. What do I do? - ignore that notification and attempt to submit within the 15 day window 90 days after 25th August. I love the online system and I have no intention of either doing a manual 90 day report - or risk rejection of submitting a 'legal' 90 day report date that the system does not recognise. I will report online when invited to do so and will leave Thai Immigration to set the next report date.

Let's keep it simple... I receive the email below and I complete the online report - simple as that. Whatever my last entry date was, I insert that. It had no bearing on my next report date which was 90 days from the report approval date. [TM47] Notification for alien before the next appointment. RB - Visa extension and Immigration [email protected] Fri, 17 Jun, 01:02 to me Dear XXX, Your receipt for notification of "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" will be due on 02/07/2022. Yes. I can't change my arrival date until I get the notification from the Immigration online system. Did you read my post above? My report date remains 16 September (unaffected because it is not linked to arrival records) I will get (as before) a notification about 18 days before the report date. I will complete the report date 15 days before and Immigration will no doubt approve around 13 days before. My next report date (as on the last occasion I quoted) will be 90 days from the approval date NOT my last arrival date.

Evidence of above. A Tinnies steak and kidney pie with Harry Ramsden's mushy peas. Plus a dob of Fruity Brown Sauce from The Relish Company.

I have yet to meet anyone who has been asked for it................I am sure they exist. I am sure that any respectable visitors (especially family members) could satisfy that simple criteria.

Visit visa for UK
hotandsticky replied to monsieurhappy's topic in Visas and migration to other countries
That is a made up email. I call BS. As said by OG, the British embassy are not involved in the process, I doubt that the poster paid to send an email to UKVI. This is what is normally sent out by UKVI:_ PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE. THIS MAILBOX IS NOT MONITORED. Your UK visa application is currently under consideration. UKVI is prioritising applications in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the invasion of Ukraine. This is in addition to significant levels of demand across all visa routes globally, following the easing of travel restrictions into the UK and standard visitor visa applications are currently taking between 9-10 weeks on average to process. We are sending you this email to acknowledge that your visa application will take longer than 6 weeks to process. We recognise that facing delays is difficult and want to take this time to assure you that we are working to process all applications as soon as possible. We urge you not to make any bookings linked to your travel until you have received your visa. You will be contacted by the Visa Application Centre (VAC) when your passport is ready for collection. VFS do offer an optional paid for service which permits customers to retrieve your passport whilst we continue to consider your visa application, please use the link below for more information: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/gbr/premium-services We are unable to offer updates on individual cases. In cases of emergency, please contact – https://gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk for help. Please note that this is a chargeable service. Thank you for your patience. UKVI -
