  1. 50 Baht for a deck chair, 100 for a sun lounger.
  2. Apologies for not reaching your highest of virtue signalling, cry baby standards before posting. What are you going to do about it?
  3. 2 or 3 times a day the site freezes on me. I wait a couple of minutes then it unfreezes. I do not have this problem on any other site or app. I use my Samsung phone and my search engine is Google Chrome. Please could you fix this. Regards, champers. PS. What happened to the button to go to the top of the page?
  4. The eyes were blurred out, your honour.
  5. Yes JD, still looking good for automatic promotion. Our match last Saturday was abandoned after a fan suffered a heart attack and sadly passed away later so games are stacking up for us. Luton at home in the FA Cup tonight is winnable but would bring more fxture congestion. Manager Ian Evatt is happy with the situation. Players want to play and want to win. The squad may cope as is but a couple of loans may be incoming. We will take young Bobb off your hands to give him some good experience. You won't need him when Haaland is back. See what happened to Trafford after his time with us - went from Accrington Stanley reject to £15 Million plus add-ons worth of player.
  6. There is more footfall from tourists at Central Festival plus several other banks in the same place.
  7. TT have 2 large branches which might be better for such a large amount. One is on 2nd Rd close to junction with Pattaya South (Tai) Rd, the other on Pattaya / Naklua Rd on the LHS heading up from the roundabout. Some banks in Central Festival 4th Floor give good rates, e.g. Kasikorn.
  8. Best Supermarket at Dolphin roundabout sell Campbell's soup.
  9. There are a couple of expat clubs which hold regular (monthly?) meetings in Pattaya. I believe new attendees are always welcome and they may be just the thing for you in the first instance, at least.
  10. The food appears to make you argumentative and behave like a child.
  11. Elton John songs suitable for Soi Buakhao: 1. I'm Still Standing. 2. Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting. 3. Don't Go Breaking My Heart. 4. Tiny Dancer.
  12. Seatbelts compulsory, if I recall correctly. Excellent standard of driving too.
  13. If you are a gentleman you will give it back, if you are a scoundrel you will keep it.
  14. What are all these interlopers doing posting about Chiang Rai and Bangkok on the Pattaya forum?
  15. You don't look a day over 89.
  16. Grottinos is Italian run and they sell Hawaiian pizzas. They are very popular, as is their spicy seafood spaghetti. Most of their customers are non- Italian, they don't let food snobbery get in the way of knowing what customers want and meeting that demand.
  17. Melodies bar on Beach Rd Soi 3 and Sonjas on Soi 4 are both quieter though they play music which is not too loud.
  18. Try Grottinos on Soi 33 off Pattaya/Naklua Rd ( opposite Grand Centre Point Space hotel). or ... Bella Italia on 2nd Road nearly opposite Soi 6. My better half loves Hawaiian pizza, she won't even try any other. I can't stand them.
  19. No; MCOT used to have broadcast rights but that ended about 5 years ago.
  20. I miss these.
  21. Most of the signs on trees are put up by the city council itself advertising various festivals and events. Doctor heal thyself.
