Just to round off my OP: did my 90 day report this morning. No dramas, in and out in 50 minutes. The office was very busy but ran smoothly and efficiently for me. Thanks to those whose posts helped.

This will be a problem when foreign companies moving into the EEC are looking for staff. Companies setting up their own customised educational facilities could be the answer; either funded in existing universities or vocational colleges or by building new education establishments linked to production facilities. In the short-term there would be a big influx of skilled foreign workers from the companies' home countries.

Last time I did my 90 day at Jomtien; October last year; it was passport only and in and out in 10 minutes. I have been out of country once since then so my 90 day report is now due next week. Is it still passport only or are other documents now needed? NB: I have tried the online service but it is not accepting my attempts. Many thanks in advance for helpful replies.

The management at my condo does not like tenants getting involved with such repairs. They use their own maintenance staff and bill the landlord. All a tenant needs to do is report the problem with photo/s highlighting the fault.

If you want to treat yourself, go for the build your own brekky at the Robin Hood Tavern in the Avenue Mall on 2nd Rd. Cheap it aint but well worth it.
