    I bought a tin of Brooke baked beans from Best supermarket this week. It was the last tin, 69 Baht.

    Never heard of that in Pattaya; Hua Hin do that, I think. Here they normally lay out 2 chairs with a table but if you only use 1 chair you only pay for one.

    50 Baht for deckchairs, 100 for loungers. Plenty of both available, especially on weekdays.

    Not too many Thais visited Pattaya beach pre-Covid; it was swamped with Chinese tour groups. The mayor must have information that they are coming back in big numbers. He won't care if Thais stop coming.

    Central Festival on Beach Rd/2nd Rd have Braun shavers in the department store at 2nd Rd end. I cannot remember which floor they are on but if you check the directory where you get on an escalator that should put you on track.

    I appreciate ads create revenue but these new pop-up ones that you have to play whack-a-mole with are a PITA. They cover content and there is no way to stop them. Please could one of the boffins get shot of the things? Permanently.
