Make or break for Stevie G. He will get good help from Christian Purslow and the owners aren't short of a bob or two - both are billionaires.

Is this the end of Thailand as a Retirement Destination
champers replied to Robin's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Do not despair, OP. This week the Governmwnt has re-booted the scheme to attract wealthy foreign investors wanting to live here. That suggests to me that take up from the initial roll-out is below predicted or hoped for numbers. Retirees already here or those intending to retire here may be looked on more favourably as a consequence. -
I have also been asked for a copy of my landlord's ID card in the past.

Their burgers and hot dogs should be fine. Will they do pie and chips ... with gravy?

What a horrible way to greet fully jabbed tourists; complete overkill. They must have been in 2 minds about turning round and going back to Japan.

Thai PM to Announce Thailand’s Climate Change Reduction Plans At COP26
champers replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
This ego boosting trip should supply some good photo-ops of the PM mixing with the movers and shakers, then back home quick quick out of the cold of Glasgow. Thailand fall short of what is required so maybe some financial help from the West to meet targets might be on the agenda. -
