Haven't experienced that with my wife. She is very willing to talk about her feelings and such.

A while back I imported some nice perfumes for the mrs. through a website that didn't pay for duties and such in advance. Total price incl. shipping was about 18.000 baht, and after the customs got a hold of it, I had to pay an additional 10.000 baht in duties and VAT in ordet to receive the package. So Amazon's 50% probably isn't unreasonable, depending on what products you're trying to bring in.

I find that very hard to believe. Either you're making stuff up or go out of your way to get past immigration without handing over your passport. Why on Earth would they take a foreigner's passport and then hand it back without stamping it?

Cans are lined on the inside and the beverage has no contact with the metal. In other words: pour the beverage in a glass and you'll get absolutely zero metallic taste. If you can still taste it, it's all in your head.

My thoughts exactly when reading this. Imagine writing an article about a man beating his wife and making fun of it in the headline.

You're in the wrong. The SUV is not a traffic light or a traffic police and cannot decide that it's your time to cross. You are responsible for making sure that the road is clear before crossing. When coming from behind on a bike, you can't always see if a car has stopped to let someone through or if there's simply other vehicles standing still in front of it. You can never assume that all drivers will stop and let you through just because one did.

Probably to go for a different education and to start saving money earlier in order to build up a passive income faster than I actually did.
