  1. Usually need to go to your branch to get a new one but as you're in Pattaya try there
  2. you'll need 65k baht coming in a month shown in your thai bank account, if you don't have that an agent can get you the non imm O and retirement extension (15 months in total) for 26k baht, then 12,500 per year after. A popular agent is Maneerat on Pattaya 13/2 Soi Post Office, on facebook and googlemaps

  18. 70+ people are looking at 200k+ for good health insurance, at 80 300k, that's now, in the future it's much more. If people plan to cancel when premiums get unaffordable, why bother now, save the money ahead of time
  19. He has a good point, why would someone with money bother to get insurance which may end up with a denied claim when it matters?
  20. Trying to eat healthy is hardly obsessive, you should try and lose that weight and diabetes legs

  22. Yep it's Thai style, condos 650k and price seems to never move so hard to justify spending much money on it
  23. I'm aware of someone who not only had a claim denied because of a disputed pre-existing condition (court case because of it) but previous claims were requested to be repaid, policy cancelled and premiums refunded
