    You'd need to go through customs to exit with luggage, in transit you don't do that, often luggage is checked right through

    Sounds like the fraudsters are getting closer to gaining access to move money, no idea how, hopefully correcting internet access will fix it. Maybe you used a public computer or public wifi. I only use my phone and sim data now

    Can't they stop the voice ID from being used? I've never been asked to set it up

    True, they don't do common sense very well, they just want to make foreigners pay, they haven't taken account that some foreigners can't or don't want to pay
