Thats because they are ALL up to something in Thailand. Do you think these Black Africans are coming to Thailand for a vacation for a few weeks, then back to Nigeria? The Thai police are not THAT stupid. Black Africans are in thailand for one of the following reasons:

-To sell drugs

-To smuggle drugs

-Prostitution

-Pimping

-Email scams

-Face-to-face scamming (like coming up to you and after introductions, they tell you that they were freedom fighters from (insert shit country) and they have a business proposition for you). 

They should be summarily turned away at the border.

Last time I was in Bangkok, lower Sukhumvit looked like Lagos. Black streetwalkers everywhere, and dark chappies actively trying to sell drugs to people walking by.

What's the reason that Pattaya streets flood after it rains, even after it rains not that much? Is it bad planning, crumbling infrastructure, the garbage thrown everywhere getting in the drains and sewer system? And what's with the water? It is an ominous grey color or sickly  brown. I'm sure that it is completely full of bacteria. Probably so full of bacteria that other bacteria get turned away until the next flooding. And if you have a cut on your leg or feet, you will catch something too difficult to get ride of.

Some of you guys don't get the point: Policemen do POLICE WORK.

REAL policemen would see penetrative wounds to the back and have a coroner, a doctor, not Somchai at the station, take a look to see if the wounds are clean cuts (stab wounds) or jagged wounds where he landed on something.
