Re. My 'Anyone confused by TM7 form' question. I did my application yesterday 8th May at Jomtien and it went very quickly. Maybe because my wife was in charge as usual. The only hiccup was that I had to go and get another photo, this time with a white background. No comment on the amount of Tippex white paper I'd used on my application form. The young officer handling the application recognised my wife from previous years and congratulated here on all her documentation being perfect. As for me. I sat like a dummy and kept schtum. Passport to be collected Monday.. It used to be 'after 2 o'clock.' Then 'the next day.' Maybe the accumulation of public holidays has caused the delay. Anyway. I'm chilled out till next year. Does anyone else get confused about the way the TM7 form is laid out. Time and again, I fill it in and then realise that I've filled it in under the wrong headings. There must be a way for Immigration to produce a form simple enough for ninety year old codgers like me to get right first time. My brain hurts.😉
