    Overloading the cable capacity i believe is the main problem in Thailand rather than the quality.

    I bought three instant hot water heaters 6 kw from China for the same price as I can buy one locally. They have been in use for 6 months now and work really well.

    I have read the Thai soft power requirements. It seems the requirements are not being followed as they are written. That applies to the first section as well after reading of people making successful applications for the DTV .

    I am purely making a comment what the requirements for a DTV state. If the Thai authorities choose to ignore the requirements so be it.

    You need to show proof of foreign income from clients abroad . How would a person retired in Thailand manage that if they wish to change to a DTV visa ? To Mr confused, you need to show a portfolio of work history to show you are a free lancer or demonstrate your profesional activities. The visas purpose is to remote workers and not tourists or retired people either

    I would like help with finding a hospital in Chiang Mai that could perform an AC joint injury grade 3 surgery. I have tried at two government hospitals and have found that they are not interested in carrying out non urgent surgery . Thank you in advance of any help I receive .

    What i have learnt from living in Thailand is this story is typical of family life in Thailand. However this young man wanted to make a point and has achieved that with honours.

    I seem to see many young men wandering around town stoned and riding scooters erratically the last few months. The availability of drugs is attracting many drug enthusiasts. I can also say that many Europeans are dealing in drugs . I can well see why Thailand expect 8 million tourists from Europe .

    Most with the means in your part of Thailand prefer to buy land and build the house how they want. Your comment that you are asking a sensible price is not what you are governed by. The price of the house is worth what buyers are ready to pay. Good luck with finding a buyer
