Businessman Sued over Holiday Home that Looks Like Temple Pavilion
itsari replied to snoop1130's topic in Isaan News
So much laughter from individuals that have a problem with keeping there underwear clean not about supervising a builder that has far more knowledge than the foreign client who thinks he knows about Thailand construction. Mostly I have heard from individuals that make statements like oh, we don't do foundations like that at home. Every country has built up knowledge on how to build foundations which is probably the most important aspect on home construction. -

That's as good as you could inspect Concrete reinforcing sizes, thickness of steel used on roofing are just two examples of knowledge most do not have. That is where the Thai builder will save on if you have no knowledge. -

If you have had no experience with construction you will make matters worse You need experience in Thai construction methods before you can have any hope of supervising a house construction in Thailand. -

Yes, I have noticed that. Before I was accused of a few misdemeaners in an arrogant manner. Thankfully all quiet on the western front now. -
Most people do not drink to become intoxicated as you seem to imply. Many individuals drink alcohol for being social and meeting others. A few drink alcohol for the wrong reasons and end up as you describe in your post. Moderation is the key to life hic

New Law Allows Buyers to Inspect Online Orders Before Payment
itsari replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I have paid for items COD a few times and given me a lot of problems to get the item sent back and have to wait a long time for the money to be returned . Checking the item before payment is a step in the right direction in my opinion. If all is in order with the product the extra time for the delivery will be hardly noticible. I ordered a submersible pump COD with Shopee and the delivery man invited me to open the package to check the goods , all was ok and then paid by scanning . Done in less than a minute- 60 replies

In the 90 ties there were drug gangs from Denmark and Sweden and due to cooperation between the Nordic and Thai police they were taken out of existence. Perhaps it's you that needs to keep up. -

I am from a country that can see when a person is acting strangely. Then we try and determine why. Often we find that the person has taken a substance that is causing the person to act strangely. I have read of many situations like this in Thailand recently since drugs became more available on the streets. It is no laughing matter to be honest with you -
Honda ADV 160 (2025) – Stiff Suspension: Should I Upgrade?
itsari replied to vento's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Thank you for your reply. Was it a major job to replace? I have a 160 click and was thinking to change the pump if the cost is reasonable. But from what you are showing me it is only needed to change the cog. -

Denmark has a lower crime rate than many European countries. I am sure that would correspond with Danish tourists visiting Thailand. -

Since you are discussing the 160 ADV i would like to ask if any other ADV owners have had a problem with the oil pump ? The engine was refitted on our ADV after an oil pump failure . Total cost was around 6000 baht paid for by Honda -

We have the 160 click and the 160 ADV at home and I can assure you the ADV is a far better ride . I far prefer the click for maneuverability in the city traffic . -

I have been looking for a pressure pump and gauge for some time, thank you. I asked my Thai motorcycle mechanic to check the tyre pressure and he pressed the top of the tyre with his thumb and nodded his approval. -

Looking for Scooter Mechanic in Chiang Mai – Post-Flood Damage

I beg to differ. The majority of the city was not affected by flooding. I travelled from San Sai to Chiang Mai every day without problems apart from heavy traffic along the super highway. -

It would be helpful for these men in this article if you could explain how you will be able to NEVER rely on someone else for your RETIREMENT when you are old and can not do much for your self anymore? If you are refering to the British Government as filth of the highest kind , then I believe you have missed the point entirly. -
American Woman Flies 18 Hours to See Famous Hippo ‘Moo Deng’
itsari replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I took a plane Joe and have worked hard for 10 years while remaining in Thailand. People have to start being responsible about what legacy they leave after they are gone from this world. That does not mean how much money you leave , it means how you use the worlds resources. Flying around the world for little or no reason does not help. Thanks for your reply Joe
