I have met many foreigners here living in Thailand and one Californian man I was good friends with . He needed help with getting a visa and I loaned him 25000 to pay an agent . Perhaps they will make a bilateral international social agreement between Australia and Thailand which would make it possible for many people with pension points in Australia to be paid out while living in Thailand. At the present time the Australians refuse to pay up unless you go and live in Australia for two years.
