    Not true, They would just re-register the condo as being in the foreigner owned section. If that put the foreigner quota over 49%, they'd just wait until an opening occured. There is no absolute right for any individual condo to be registered in either section, just availability at that moment in time.

    Yes, Austria is even more interesting as the winning party play no part in ruling their country as the losers all banded together to oust them from power. France and Germany much the same, UK too. Let's face it democracy is broken and the winners are people nobody really wanted to be in charge.

    Went once, nice setting, bit expensive, but food was served cold so never returned. Riverside next door had the same setting, a little cheaper, and the food was served hot, went to riverside many times.

    I don't know if you've noticed, but most western democracies are ruled by leaders that only attracted around 30% of the votes cast. And Biden only won because of 15 million 'one time only voters'. That never voted before or after.

    I always thought the unhappy/insulting posters probably were only pretending they lived here, which was why they were unhappy.

    I last went when it was 14 days, very easy, in fact I went so often they hijacked the last page of my passport to track I wasn't there the other 16 days in the month without having to read my entire passport. None of this 'you come too often' nonsense like Thai immigration.

    I retired age 45, but wasted another 7 years in the UK.

    Rich elderly couple with many dogs, a big house and garden but no cleaners or gardeners. 3 adult children that didn't care and no interest in inheriting? Seems unlikely ........

    Agree, I've probably had more Filipino women than any other nationality, and none had any smell beyond the shampoo, soap or perfume they were using.

    I cancelled my Skype account, UK landline, expires start of April. Just got an email saying I can reactivate by paying before expiry. Not a hint Skype was ending, so what are they up to? Seems to me they want to keep our subs going, for a service they won't be offering.
