    Same with nearly all women in the world. If you aren't of use to them, you're invisible. Learn to live with it and move on. As for money, My wife has many friends, they all want to borrow money from her at some time. If she doesn't lend, they're gone forever.

    No customers under the age of 20 allowed in bars. Staff can be as young as 18, but not allowed to serve or drink alcohol until age 20. They probably wouldn't check a foreigner, but police raids are very keen on catching under 20 Thais in bars or nightclubs.

    I've purchased loads from Zenni, about $50 for progressive lens & decent frame inc delivery (14 days). If you exercise a lot the glasses will only last 18-24 months as sweat seems to damage the lens coating. But so cheap you can buy a pair every year or two. Money saving tip, buy the thicker lens than the ones recommended, they are half the price and on't feel any different when in use.

    Glasses, felt pen, ruler, mirror. Put a dot over each pupil and measure between the dots.

    More like $30 women and $250 rooms ...... when I was there in 2020. But plenty of places with 50c beers and $1 cocktails. Here's one of me by the pool at Garden Village Guesthouse and Pool bar SR.

    The park I visit is free for over 60s so that change has made it cheaper for me. The misses and kid still have to pay 20bht each.
