  1. And the answers are:- 1. We have no right to remain here, nor can we acquire that right. 2. Central Thai isn't that useful outside central Thailand. 3. Many Thai people pretend they can't understand a white guy speaking Thai. 4. Thai people don't have anything worth the listening (this depends on how relatively stupid you are). 5. Most of us are retirees with pensions enabling us not to need to work (sorry you aren't one of us). 6. Out of all the languages I speak (English, Spanish, French, Central Thai, and a little German) Thai is the least worthwhile in my travels around the world.
  2. It's got 10x the branches of buds like the one in my hand. And another 3-4 weeks of flowering. I doubt they would total 5gm.
  3. Would point out you have no idea who was the daddy. Could be 50% hemp as MJ pollen is good for 10Km. My feminised hybrid seeds are 100% the strain I chose as no male plants were involved.
  4. My Thai seeds look just as bad, tall and thin with hardly any flower, and the bottom leaves all falling off. My hybrid seeds look a lot better, and it's not as if 100bht of WESCO fertilizer a year will break the bank. But the Thai guy living opposite me has some great looking landrace plants with plenty of flower. I think the main problem is, you don't quite know what seeds you're buying in Thailand. My Tropical Punch is looking fairly good outside, maybe an ounce ......
  5. I have permanent London number with Skype, costs $90/year makes it easy to call banks and government offices, $10 call time lasts ages. I also have a GiffGaff SIM in one of my phones, great for OTA numbers from banks. SIM is free, 10 pounds call time lasts 3-4 years as you need to send SMS every 6 months to keep it active (SMS deducts 30p from your call credit)
  6. What he said, I just cut off the odd/diseased looking leaves.
  7. Not needed for Thai strains growing outdoors in fresh soil. But oddly enough my hybrid seeds from the west require both Ph and nutrients in soil and can't take full sunlight. I've found a strange mix of ways to grow my seed bank hybrids. 16+hrs of light/day during veg, in a tent but taken outside under 50% shade for the day. A cup of nutrient/water mix WESCO 30-20-10+TE (1gm/ltr) at Ph6 every day on the soil. Normal Thai daylight for flower under 50% shade, taken out of the elements at night, a cup of WESCO nutrient/water mix WESCO 30-20-10+TE and 0-52-34 (2gm/ltr) at Ph6 every day on the soil. Saves on the electricity and the bugs don't seem to like being moved around. I had a lot of bug problems when just growing in a tent.
  8. Engineering degree ........... check Postgrad .......... check Learned to read and write central Thai ...... check Work with rural folk in Nakon Nowhere ......... not for anything. But I have put two rural girls through high school and University using my own money. Now working on high school for number three. How much of your own money have you spent on Thai people? Or are you just here working for the NGO wage and lifestyle? Gotta love the 'activists' that spend other people's money.
  9. Me too! Arthritis in my knuckles, the pain is gone every day with either 8x Paracetamol spread through the day or 0.5gm MJ smoked of an evening. The MJ is better as it not only removes the pain for the entire next day, but the swelling in my knuckles is reduced and strength returned to my hands. I don't like the 'recreational effects' so I smoke before sleep so I don't have to endure them.
  10. Can't imagine anyone dreaming of retiring to Norway/Iceland!
  11. As far as I can tell there's no change in the ownership rules for plants and flowers. Just the trading and advertising that may be a problem. ASEAN NOW notes that the latest moves can be seen as making life more awkward for people wishing to trade in marijuana flowers.
  12. I was going to buy a 'fixer upper' rural farm with a barn and some woodland and grow cannabis, drink cheap wine and eat lots of cheese. Sadly I can't meet the post-Brexit residency requirements.
  13. Would point out most posters in this forum don't live in the UK in their mom's house. Back on ignore for you.
  14. Most Brit people had no problem with Germans, Spanish, French or the other civilized Euro people entering and working. Just the cheap 3rd world East European labourers and criminals. PS. I didn't want Brexit and am not a Brexiteer, I always intended to retire in France which Brexit prevented.
