Nestle Cornflakes are GBP2.20 for 500gm in the UK, 99bht for 500gm in Thailand. At the current exchange rates that makes them the same price. Milk GBP 1.19 for 2l in the UK, 83bht in Thailand, 30% more expensive here. What about housing, my 3 bed house 10Km from Chiang Mai city centre was 1m8bht. How much does a similar house in Oz 10Km from the city centre of Melbourne or Sydney cost? How much would a 20 year younger wife Cost you in Oz? I rate Thailand as extremely cheap.

We Brits resisted previous 2 attempts of a united Europe under German rule. But maybe you're right, my life probably wouldn't have been worse under the NAZIs. And I could have still purchased that retirement home in France. I played no part in WW1, WW2 or Brexit by the way.

Or overeating and not exercising, two of the biggest killers in the world, and entirely avoidable. And as I've said before, I've never been tested for any illness. I walk into a doctors, tell them my symptoms, they prescribe suitable medicine. No tests, did have a couple of x-rays when I thought I'd broken a bone. This idea of having tests is entirely American, I assume to bump up the costs for treatment. In the UK (and Thailand) hardly any tests are ever done for anything. Unless you're a paying customer in a private hospital.

To be fair if the fda were that corrupt, they would have already approved the COVID vaccines. I see their refusal to pass the vaccines (after 20 years of development) as proof they are not corrupt.

And yet ..... there is another story claiming 2/3 of COVID deaths were unvaccinated. Which to me implies 1/3 of deaths were vaccinated.

I think I'm 100% safe from COVID, 'cos I had it once and it was trivial. Chances of it being worse a second time are insignificant. I fully understand more susceptible or chronically ill people wanting a vaccine. Not everyone is as resistant to disease as myself.

It'll never happen. My 3x 340w have never produced more than 650W even in the strongest sun. Today in bright mid-day(ish) sun I'm getting 500W, thinking of adding another 1 or 2 panels to the string. Safe to assume (under perfect conditions) your panels will produce AT LEAST 30% less than the advertised Watts.

Had a gf who worked the 5* hotels in Chiang Mai, 40,000bht for the weekend (2009). She always claimed many of her customers just wanted to cuddle while blubbing about how badly their white wives treated them.

Me, I stopped getting vaccinated for diseases I was unlikely to catch, or were unlikely to seriously harm me in 1968 when I was old enough to say 'NO'. They got me with whooping cough and polio vaccines when I was too young to refuse, but I managed to avoid the rest. Oddly enough I didn't die from any of the diseases for which I refused the vaccines. Didn't die from COVID either.
