  1. On UK vid inverter installation and trunking. I said that in the title. ????
  2. Great thanks. I've gotta go to Khon Kaen on the 7th next month.
  3. You'all probably know this already, but was watching a vid on new inverter trunking and they mentioned that new regs. don't allow plastic rawl plugs anymore. Seems if the cables catch on fire in the trunking, the plastic plugs melt and the trunking then dangles and is a Fireman hazzard. I know it probably doesn't apply here, but maybe have to think about Solar trunking and plastic plugs
  4. Be good if you can keep the old one. I don't think you've sent it back yet.
  5. And that's a great reason for trucks to switch on their hazard lights when they stop in the night time.
  6. I tried to order the parts on Shopee yesterday but they didn't respond after initial contact. Tried Lazada and they said they would get back today. Cleaning everything up is the next job. The next option is to take them to Pattaya or Chang Mai bike shop, a 10 to 11 hr trip which would turn into a week visit.
  7. Yes you are probably correct, but I just try and fix stuff first, something wrong with my DNA.
  8. You can select some gears, but not all, the chain won't move all the way for all gears. I tried adjusting as per the book, but still the same problem. Just intouch with Shopee at the moment to order recommended parts.
  9. They have been sitting now for a couple of years since I took them to the bike shop and there they were cleaned and lubricated first. I might try and order the parts (sprockets) and tools on the Lazada link in this thread. ????
  10. Yes, maybe 20 years old. I forget ....'but it seems like yesterday.' Of course wifey wants a new one, while I want to fix them. Maybe convert them to ebikes?
  11. Hello, I have taken pics of both the bikes as if I order parts for one then for the other as well. Are these pictures anymore help with what I should order? I origionally bought them in Pattaya from the bike shop on Sukumvit Rd near Na Glua.
  12. Prolly (sic) should have read my dribble. ???? I know it was diesel, but don't know if the deisel is injected. Some people do come on this forum to try and help.
  13. Thank you very much for the comments. I'll get my bike out first and take some better pictures. The problem with mine is that all gears can't be selected and difficult to change gears. I live in Isaan near Mukdahan. I don't mind replacing things if I know what to replace. More pics coming. ????
  14. I bought it at the Mukdahan hidden market and not sure we have a gun shop up here.
  15. Moderator... can you put this in the bikes section please. We have 2 bikes that a bike shop said can't be fixed as both the Shimano gear changes are worn out. One bike is a Diamondback and the other a Talera. Both about 10 + years old. I want to fix them and need some advice. I think I need to replace the Shimano SIS and need advice on where to buy the parts or any advice you can think of. Attached some pics but not all that clear. Thanks
  16. Not sure about the desiel, but it could be an injector problem. With benzine engines you can get an additive to add to the fuel tank that cleans the injectors. Also you can buy an engine analyser that plugs in probably somewhere under the dash and then you will get a readout of problems. If you search the internet you will be able to find a workshop manual for your car. I know all this cause I bought a second hand Jazz that developed an intermittant problem and I changed ERG, fuel filter, cleaned injectors, replaced spark plugs and leads ++, and it was the ECU (or engine computer). So if you buy the engine analyser and workshop manual, should be good to find the problem.
  17. I have what looks like a 45 replica bb pistol. Not really used it, just oiled and cleaned. How do you know how much gas to put in it? From what I remember, the one time I used it the glass balls didn't come out straight from the barrel but at an angle. I presumed this was because of low gas, but don't know how much is correct. Thanks
  18. Boy, girl or non-binary? I go for non-binary. ????
  19. This is what you need, a gas log fire. Nearly time to fire it up again, that's after I move all the wifey thinggies. Everytime a space is not used it gets covered in pot plants and things. Same with the outside BBQ. ????
  20. I think it could have all been done in 1 day but this arrangement was organised by the Dr and hospital, so it suited me. The hospital/medical/chemist actual cost for Thursday/Friday was B20000. So the B40000 was the hospitals rough estimation. Dr removed one small polyp from the stomach and confirmed Diverticula in the Sigmoid and Ascending colons. He said I could have been losing a cup of blood when the pockets in the colon became infected, so that's probably why I felt off some times. I can't remember exactly what he said, but more fibre in the diet seemed to be the answer. I see him in a couple of weeks. Thanks again Sheryl.
  21. Follow up report. Thursday travelled to KKU and had: blood test, Covid test, X-ray and EKG. For next day had to report to 4th floor of AHC (After Hours Clinic) at 0830. Stayed at KKU hotel and had a small meal at the KKU hotel. 0300 started the 4 liters of water and medicine to clear the insides. Had the procedures, no problems and all very professional and supportive. Dr Phisan visited later with wife and explained the findings. Allowed out after 2 hours of recovery, walked to carpark and wifey drove home. Overall a good experience. If you have to go for an Endoscopy and/or colonascopy and live near KKU I would recommend the AHC and Dr Phisan. ????
  22. Well organised store room. Love to know how they get duty free orders from China.
  23. Looks like he's on the same diet that Marlon Brando was on ...WW&S.
