Same as they always are. Russia is even in agreement there should be an election so I suppose they would honour a ceasefire for the few days it would take to allow the Ukrainians to go to the polls.

Yes there are still quite a few I have a couple. But its nothing like when I first came to Thailand in 1996 then most bikes were 2 strokes, the noise ,smell and smoke at the traffic lights when the light went green was astonishing ! especially in Bangkok . I bought 2 x second hand ACER veriton N4640G from lazada (KPPONLINE888 3000 odd baht each) and used one solely for the low power CPU ( in homemade Openmediavault NAS) I took the 4gb of ram from that and put it in the other one running windows 10 which came preinstalled and it works very well,except I don't really like win 10 and so mostly run Debian 11 on it in dual boot. Mine has a wifi antenna plug there seem to be various options it even has a PCI-e slot for some "serious gaming" 😋
