Just a heads up. Bought a cheap sim for testing and found this sim is not compatible with my current model Vivo phone. APN menu is greyed out,on removing the sim APN became active. So tried sim in older 4g Huawei and it was OK but not reliable from my location, Download at peak times 2mbps off peak 10mbps. So I won't be investing in a 12 month sim, will try a short term DTAC to see if they have improved since 2022.

Find the original file on your PC ,not phone, rename or delete it. Or try opening file again on your phone with PC shut down. The file on audiobooks could be a shortcut or a playlist item
-
Delete or change name of the file on your PC see if the file still opens
-
Try using file manager search option. Connect phone to PC use windows explorer. Try install CX FILE Manager or GOOGLE FILES apps.

Some weeks later I complained that I still had problems, same guy came after a couple of hours he found that the "white" phase was incorrectly marked at my pole so I got swapped to the real "white " phase all good -

Will27 is correct, after 13 weeks away the rate is reduced and after 26 weeks payment is stopped. In your case you were in the "2 year permanent resident" requirement for full portability, -
