@Kinok Farang Since I did not find DPC as a roll, can these products below used equally? One is bitumen paint, the other waterproof cement slurry. Thank you!

Thanks, yes. DPC is what I was looking for. So something like this in below pictures, right? Is it available in Thailand?

Makro vs GO Wholesale - What is your favourite?
CLW replied to CLW's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
And besides the mentioned better fish and seafood selection at GO, their bakery has more items. But it is also a gamble because most Thais don't know a bagel or focaccia, so they stand three or four days in the store. Last time I bought baguette and focaccia that was hard as a brick and totally dried out..... Makro bakery just does the things that have high selling volume such as toast, sandwich bread, sweet buns, etc. In my opinion any Makro with a bakery attached (inside the store) has very good burger and hot dog buns -
It is more like fashion and trying to look cute. And a good business for dentists.

Makro vs GO Wholesale - What is your favourite?
CLW replied to CLW's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
so my question about which store is better has turned into a conversation about processed food, peanut butter and that you can't use credit cards at makro, which is known since years.... 🙄 -
Agree. But this works only on a flat surface. How to do with the situation at above picture? Raised foundation on slabs. Or is the distance to the soil sufficient?
-
Long time Makro customer I now occasionally visiting GO wholesale. Commuting to both stores is almost equal, so this is not an issue. While I found that the vegetable and fruit section at any Makro (big or small) beats GO wholesale, the meat and especially seafood tends to be better at GO wholesale. However, most GO markets are so huge, you need too long to find everything IMO. Positive is their bistro with pizza slices, grilled chicken and BBQ spare ribs. What experience do others have with those two brands?

Public Health Minister Discusses Change in Cannabis Status Amid Protests
CLW replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I would say Thailand has more health-threatening issues than Cannabis: Kratom, Smoking, Alcohol abuse, Vaping, Meth and bad air quality. Just to name a few -
student visa and non b visa issue
CLW replied to Leviiirx's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I think the "problem" is that the OP went to immigration one day before leaving the country to cancel his ED-Visa. He simply should not have done this and just leaving the country without re-entry permit to invalidate his ED-Visa. No one would have known about this date 4 April on his letter from the registrar. Because usually the university doesn't update the status of their students to immigration -

How can immigration know that your university tagged you as graduated since 4th of April? -
Yes, definitely too many bad or mediocre restaurants, even for Thai food around. Every Dick and Harry thinks they can open a cafe or restaurant and make a fortune. They are even copying the concept from the business next door. How stupid... And now the government should help these unsuccessful businesses, that never ever had a financial plan or chance to survive???

That still baffles me since a long time. First, that there are no discounter supermarkets like Aldi or Lidl in Thailand. And secondly, that there are no no-brand-name food products at existing retailers. Example, if you want to buy chips / crisps, most likely end up with Lays. Meat, only CP and Betagro. Beer, Singha or ThaiBev. And the list goes on....

E-visa for Nonimmigrant B

At least it shows the name of the local authority (at town / county level), that issued it. -
E-visa for Nonimmigrant B
CLW replied to TellTale's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
As above poster said, in most cases you have apply from your home country for this type of visa. I do not know your nationality, but to your question about document indicates my current location (no. 3). Usually your ID card or passport is showing your currently registered address. The consulate may ask for additional proof of residence, that you can get at your local administration (town hall, registry office etc.) -

Wheat or corn tortillas? For corn you need corn flour treated with calcium hydroxide. Could only find a brand "Uncle Bobs Organic" which costs a fortune. Frozen corn tortillas from Makro are not expensive -

We are doing any kind of wraps quite often. Filling with whatever is available (chicken, beef, rice, beans, cheese). So they come out as western or tex-mex style, depending on ingredients. Also we vary in eating them right away or grilled once again in the pan after rolling. I found the best wrap sheets are El Charro brand from makro. However they are quite thin. If you like more bread, take the ones from Mission Brand (but they have preservatives inside). Below sample picture -

Makro has frozen wheat tortillas in two sizes and also frozen corn tortilla shells. I prefer them over the ones from the grocery section (uncooled) -

We are cooking Chana Masala quite often. Altough in an easier version (just use ready mixed curry powder). Eating it with rice or naan bread. -
First of all, it's neither my product nor my testing device. But I might have a clue how this gummies get below the official 0.2 % THC. 1.) The light lab device is not intended to measure edibles, only flowers. So the result is wrong. 2.) The THC content is measured in % per weight/weight. Cannabis flowers are usually low in water content and therefore higher in solids like THC. Gummies have a relatively high water content, therefore much higher weight. A few mg THC won't matter if one piece of gummy weighs 0.5 gramm. This for example is why the fat content of cheese in the EU must be labelled as % in dry matter. Not the actual cheese
-
The 0.2% THC rule can easily be circumvented, see the product in the attached picture. I still don't know how they managed it to get it legal when flowers with even moderate THC content won't get you as high as 3 or 4 of these gummies....

So what is the recent regulation? 30 or 60 days for visa exempt? I'm returning from Malaysia tomorrow and need to book the obligatory onwards flight at a specific date. Just wondering if it can be now within a 30 or 60 days timeframe? In another thread with information from Thai Ministry of Foreign affairs from 29 May it says clearly the new rules are effective 1 June
