  1. What are you talking about? ???? Sliced chicken breast. Raw or cooked? And why should they cut it for you? Have you actually been to a Makro market?
  2. That's the reason why the majority of successful businesses and hi-so families are Thai-Chinese. They don't seem to have this weak point as the "native Thai" population. Plus they are working very hard, too
  3. maybe for low wage jobs. just pay them daily and both sides are good
  4. BYDs new EV sedan Seal and Model 3 competitor collects more than 60.000 pre orders before Chinese market introduction. Also in related news, that BYD enters the Japanese market with three models: Atto 3, Dolphin and Seal https://insideevs.com/news/601426/china-byd-seal-launch-60000-preorders/
  5. Hello everyone, about the start a new job soon. In this case an employment contract is required. Because I am the first and only foreigner in this company, the owner said I should draft a contract and let it review by the company. I've drafted an employment contract from several internet sources and would like to know if there is anything missing or wrong (especially for me as employee). Btw, both sides agreed to make the contract as a fixed term contract for one year with possible renewal. Thanks for helping me. employment contract template - Copy.pdf
  6. Exactly that's why it was withdrawn within 24 hours. TiT
  7. Leaf is outdated because of the two reasons that you mentioned: no active thermal management of the battery ChaDeMo charging plug which is a dying concept Definitely not recommended to buy, even for this cheap price
  8. Wow, you must be a superhuman driver. Given the average speed on Thai roads, you'll be about 12 hours driving without any stop to refill, toilet break or stretch your body. Besides that taking no breaks will decrease your attention and increase the danger of an accident. Don't forget the difference between running costs of ICE and EVs. But I guess you know this already.....
  9. Just another money maker for the government and the paper industry. Won't be enforced anyway to those who have the right connections when getting caught. Those who live here long enough, will know
  10. flip flop in perfection. That's what these clowns in charge can do best. And fleece people of their money (foreigners and Thais alike)
  11. Does this mean soon foreign EV brands such as mercedes are much cheaper here? Afaik they have an assembly for CKD kits in Thailand, same with BMW
  12. I expect that committee soon to be shutdown and workers moved to inactive posts
  13. Aka sufficient brown envelopes and mercedes cars have been passed to the rogue politicians in order to buy their votes
  14. We don't get to know the full situation here, but regardless of what the bus driver said and the young girl did, the car driver is clearly in the fault. Any civilised country teaches drivers to approach and pass school buses at walking pace. Blame it on the government too for their mickey mouse driver license testing procedure
  15. I'll rewrite the post (don't know what happened with rice while writing it) Accent Hydroponics in BKK has their reservoir below ground, a friend of mine also had his half buried under his NFT system.
  16. Udon Thani, Khon Kaen and Korat would be my favorites from your list. I might add Chiang Mai as an alternative
  17. Any place that has a Makro and Central Shopping Mall with food market and cinema is fine for me. Airport is also important
  18. Lol, welcome to reality, dear Goverment folks. Banned and illegal. That's a joke. The use of e-cigarettes with nicotine or cannabis liquid has increased dramatically. Yet officials deny everything. Same as prostitution me thinks....
  19. Hyundai has a very strange sales policy in Thailand. Except their VIP people carriers they never made attempts to penetrate the car market here. Anyone knows the reason?
  20. You're funny. You know that Volvo is owned by Chinese company Geely since 2010...
  21. Don't think it will be profitable to grow and sell basmati rice in Thailand. Thais love their jasmine and sticky rice. Imported rice from India or Pakistan is relatively cheap, too
  22. In case of air travel, problem with most battery powered dry herb vaporizers is the built in battery. It doesn't show the capacity in mAh so if you have a strict control they might ask you to remove it. Therefore I use my Dynavap for air travel.
