In medium price range the cars from BYD, Changan or MG are much better quality.

Absolutely agree. The paragraph doesn't make sense. Usually you go abroad, hand in your application, wait a few days and enter Thailand with that particular new visa. The only difference between e-visa and paper application is indeed the longer waiting time. 5-10 days vs 2-3 days

Kasetsart Uni has different prices for Thai and foreign students in international courses. Foreign students pay more. Their explanation was that Thai nationals pay taxes and foreigners not. I leave it up to you if that makes sense or it is reasonable. It is what it is....

I have been and still travelling often and rarely heard of such requirements. So with the transition to e-visa application at most embassies of neighboring countries I am wondering if they still accept your application even if not apply from your origin (passport) country ?? It would make things very difficult and costly. Example: American who lived for years in Thailand and currently staying here would have to fly back to the states for e-visa application and to fulfill the requirements of matching flight data and submit a proof of residence.
