    You appear not to have noticed that the standard of service has declined all over the world. Thailand is no better or worse than anywhere else. The difference is servers in Thailand are generally friendly and polite, unlike their western counterparts.

    Be clear on one thing above all others in Thailand, while Thai lives are cheap, farang lives are cheaper. Very few locals will be interested in how or why you died. If you cannot accept this, better to stay away. Very sorry to read about Zoe's death. RIP.

    Given the problems that occur with online reporting, often due to the poor quality/continuous changing of government websites, I go in person to CW to do the 90 day reporting. It only takes an hour or two every 3 months.

    Daniels' lawyer says her accusations have been known for years. That doesn't make them honest. Personally, while not a fan of Trump, I believe very little of what Daniels is saying.

    Pathetic article, completely missing the point that elephants, and other wild life, are having their natural habitat taken over by humans. This is not only occurring in Thailand. Most humans consider their needs far more important than an animal's needs, sad to say.

    Allow more time. For myself, I have always preferred to go in person to CW. Simple, quick, and job done in under an hour.

    That's a bit strong. In my own case I was married to a Brit for 23 years, divorced in 1986, and married a Thai woman iin 1990 with whom I am still happily living. She is 68 and I am 83. Does that make me a loser and a pervert ?

    The protests against the invasion of Iraq were entirely justified, those against the war in Vietnam were partially justified, those against Israel are unjustified. Israel was cruelly attacked by Hamas and has every right to respond.

    The 'giveaway' promise was a bribe to attract votes. It will use government funds, ie tax-sourced money, to enable its' implementation. Utterly ridiculous, shameful even, if anyone cares to seriously think about it.
