Trump was already campaigning about it in August. Having said that, if the bird flu pandemic ends, I don't see why eggs shouldn't go back to a "normal" price. The U.S. was a net exporter in 2024, so their price shouldn't be affected by tariffs (provided input costs are not affected).

Trump made this promise last year during his campaign, same as Vance. He did not bring the price of eggs down compared to the price at the time he made this promise. 🙂

I also agree. Actually it's a blanket agreement with every of his current or potential proposals which are supported by scientific evidence (not the ones which are not, I.e. about autism).
