  1. How much tariffs did the EU impose on UK in order to force it to negotiate?
  2. It should also be noted that there is no buy European act!
  3. Trump is a blessing for CCP's propaganda, both inside and outside China.
  4. Do you know what denazification meant in the Baltic states?
  5. You are highlighting a crucial issue. MAGAs are rejoicing about the chaos created by Trump and about the perspective of screwing others. They seem to ignore that firms need to invest in R&D, production, etc... and need a minimum of predictability of the economic environment. Currently, they are not even able to forecast how much they should produce next month, or even next week!
  6. Supporting the President? Like you and the other MAGAs (and assimilated) were doing by constantly bashing the previous administration, starting with the Big Lie? 🀣
  7. Talking about facts, which significant amount of fraud has been exposed by DOGE?
  8. Actually, this was initially not a problem as mosques were under influence from Northern African countries, in particular Algeria and Morocco. For example, the great mosque of Paris is under Algerian influence and in Strasburg under Moroccan influence. This is not a big problem as they are preaching a moderate version of Islam. They are still the dominant players. However, Muslim Brotherhood and Salafi have been increasingly competing with them, thanks to fundings from Quatar and Saudi Arabia. Of course, as in other countries (Including the U.S.), Saudi Arabia is seldom officially blamed.

  10. B.S. By the same standards, the U.S. also has a tradition of longstanding unfair trade practices! πŸ˜† The main reason why the U.S. trade with the EU shows a deficit, is because the U.S. outsourced its production activities more than the EU did (actually Western EU countries rather outsourced to Eastern EU countries). Europeans are buying plenty of European brands, but they are made in China!
  11. NK style party line! πŸ™‚
  12. Democratic districts will be more affected, but a significant number of Republican districts include a large proportion of people enrolled in Medicaid! πŸ™‚ "In half of all Republican congressional districts, 21% or more of the population is enrolled in Medicaid; and in half of all Democratic districts, 26% or more of the population is enrolled in Medicaid." https://www.kff.org/medicaid/issue-brief/congressional-district-interactive-map-medicaid-enrollment-by-eligibility-group/ "There are also pockets of the country that rely significantly on the program where voters favor Republicans. Of the 218 seats Republicans control in Congress, 26 are in districts where Medicaid covers more than 30 percent of the population, according to a New York Times analysis of federal enrollment data. All 26 of those representatives voted in favor of the House budget this week." https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2025/02/27/us/politics/medicaid-enrollment.html
  13. It's not true. Several foreign mining companies are already operating in Greenland, including American companies. https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/mining-stocks/greenland-mining-stocks.html

  15. As it's clearly stated in NoDisplayName's post, it's also about tariffs on the EU.
  16. Lol! Trump threatened 25% tariff on imported Iphones if Apple doesn't bring back production to the U.S. Even if it would be economically feasible, it would take years! 🀣
  17. Trump was already campaigning about it in August. Having said that, if the bird flu pandemic ends, I don't see why eggs shouldn't go back to a "normal" price. The U.S. was a net exporter in 2024, so their price shouldn't be affected by tariffs (provided input costs are not affected).
  18. Trump made this promise last year during his campaign, same as Vance. He did not bring the price of eggs down compared to the price at the time he made this promise. πŸ™‚
  19. I also agree. Actually it's a blanket agreement with every of his current or potential proposals which are supported by scientific evidence (not the ones which are not, I.e. about autism). If the U.S. goes that way, it may converge towards the same food standards as the EU standards. No more "non-tariff barriers" for agricultural products! πŸ™‚ P.S. Don't dream, the Republican agro lobby will likely not allow banning harmful pesticides and fertilizers
  20. So it's actually not cheap, in particular if you select a longer period (5 years). It's actually more expensive than before the bird flu epidemic. I'll add a humorous touch: it's more expensive than when Vance made his famous show about it, blaming Kamala Harris! 🀣 https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/eggs-us https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/jd-vance-eggs-kamala-harris-b2617527.html
  21. Welfare recipients may also not like it. "[The] House bill is going to add about $4 trillion to the debt ceiling. The Senate bill adds $5 trillion. There's nothing fiscally conservative about expanding the debt ceiling more than we've ever done it before," Republican Sen. Rand Paul said Thursday. "This will be the greatest increase in the debt ceiling ever, and the GOP owns this now … the deficit this year will be $2.2 trillion the GOP owns that now too." Some Senate Republicans are calling for steeper spending cuts so that raising the debt limit would not be part of this bill. https://www.yahoo.com/news/senate-likely-change-house-passed-181250084.html
  22. Making stuff up again, as usual! πŸ˜†
