  1. Well, it depends on their statements and positions. And, of course, you truncated my post and forgot the part about the antisemitic tendency of this party. For the antisemitic aspect, I cited a Jewish organisation.
  2. Actually you have a point as Trump did not specify how many billion and how many years. So this part of Trump's message is unsubstantiated. It is extravagant, but only if one considers a short period of time (such as a single Presidential mandate). However, depending of how many billion are considered and how many years, it's not impossible. This other claim that the money was stolen, is a lie.
  3. It'sbTrump who made an unsubstantiated claim. Trump was lying. It has been contradicted by facts from a reliable source. If you want to contradict this source you need to come up with facts from a reliable source, and not by deflecting with unsubstantiated hypotheses.
  4. I'm not holding my breath!
  5. As I already told you before, I am not going to waste my time checking your hypotheses. If you think you have a relevant hypothesis, waste your own time on it.
  6. The AfD is not at all like the 'softened' far-right such as Meloni or Le Pen. They are true fascist. Oh and with antisemitic tendencies. That's what a Jewish organization thinks about them. https://www.ajc.org/news/podcast/the-rise-of-germanys-far-right-party-and-what-it-means-for-german-jews
  7. It's not an audit, it a destruction and a smear campaign!
  8. You are grasping at straws...😆 Media receive subscriptions, which is part of their legit business model, and is not stolen money. Trump was lying. And they did not receive billions. Another lie.
  9. Trump was lying! Buying/receiving subscriptions is not stealing money, and it does not amount to billions! It's a ridiculous lie! From the article: Trump wrote on social media on Thursday: “LOOKS LIKE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN STOLLEN AT USAID, AND OTHER AGENCIES, MUCH OF IT GOING TO THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA AS A ‘PAYOFF’ FOR CREATING GOOD STORIES ABOUT THE DEMOCRATS.”
  10. And, as usual, Trump is focusing his attention only on the most crucial matters during his first days in office! 🤣 Trump signs executive order against ‘exploding’ paper straws https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-signs-executive-order-against-095314927.html
  11. Before starting a war, Russia carefully waited that: - it was able to accumulate enough foreign currencies and gold reserves, - the price of energy became high enough. Now its reserves are melting and the price of energy is tendencially decreasing. It won't be able to stand this situation for a long time. To be honest, neither Ukraine can.
  12. Of course. USAID has always been an indirect way to discreetly subsidize the U.S. agricultural sector. https://www.phantomecology.com/post/usaid-purchases-billions-from-american-farmers-how-subsidies-shape-agriculture-and-leave-appalachia#:~:text=The U.S. Agency for International, economies and shaping agricultural markets. Here are the main recipients. I doubt food deliveries will be really stopped. Minnesota Key Crops: Peas, wheat, sorghum. 2024 Sales: $70 million via contracts with Cargill, CHS Inc., and Sinamco 4. Impact: Minnesota’s pea industry—critical for protein processing—relies on USAID for 10–20% of its export market. Iowa Key Crops: Corn, soybeans. Role: While not a top direct recipient, Iowa’s corn and soybeans feed into USDA-USAID joint initiatives like the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust (4). Texas Key Crops: Sorghum, cotton. 2024 Sales: $1.1 billion in sorghum exports to Africa, partially funded by USAID’s Food for Peace program. Kansas Key Crops: Wheat, sorghum. 2024 Sales: Kansas sorghum farmers supply over 20% of USAID’s African food aid shipments. Nebraska Key Crops: Corn, soybeans. Role: A hub for USDA-USAID ethanol-linked corn purchases, bolstered by biofuel incentives.
  13. Again, you failed to follow the discussion. My point is that I was accused of using a derogatory expression. If MAGAs are proud to be MAGA, it shouldn't be considered as derogatory.
  14. So who will audit these excessively expensive contracts? 😆 BTW, you forgot to mention the firing of the USAID IG who was investigating USAID subsidies to Starlink.
  15. You are showing your ignorance again. It's EBITDA, not profit. The EBITDA is barely enough to pay the debt interest, so that there is no net profit at all.
  16. And that's why Trump wants to cancel the debt ceiling! 😆 Trump desperately trying to find ways to fund the deficit that its tax cuts for the rich would create. The rich will be financed by those who need help.
  17. Not profit, EBITDA. The EBITDA is barely enough to pay the debt interest, so that there is no net profit.
  18. It's not so simple. China is in a weaker position than during Trump's first mandate. China will win on the long run and Trump will be forgotten. On short term, it's not likely. The true issue is how many economic entities will Trump target at the same time? The U.S. cannot sustain an economic war with Mexico, Canada, the EU and China at the same time, as they represent more than 60% of its exports. If the U.S. deals with them one after the others, it has more leverage. There is also the risk of consumers boycotting U.S. products. With Social networks, it can spread very fast.
  19. Aren't they proud of being MAGA? 🙂
  20. Do you have a source about it or are you just making stuff up?
  21. USAID has been regularly audited by the OIG, and its programgs funded by Congress. Same as the other agencies. The problem is not about being audited, it's about the method, including diffusing lies. Coming back to my question: why do Trump and Musk need to make up lies, if USAID is so bad? 😆

  23. A candid question: If USAID is so bad, why do Trump and Musk need to make up lies? 😆
  24. You need to press on the link to select it, then choose open. If the link doesn't open, it may be that there are too many requests coming from AN URL. Try to copy and paste on your browser. If not, open the browser in private mode.
  25. A MAGA accusing others of lying! 😆 .... and talking about credibility! 🤣
