I recently bought a 740 watt capacity zircon ups.. Smooth-I model I can't install the monitoring software.. "Upsilon 2000". ... Error code 5001.. Any ideas? The download zircon points to is VERY old 555. Is there such a thing as generic ups monitoring software?

I have a non O visa and Thai DL For now.. Not knowing where I want to settle for a few more years... I want to buy a car in Pattaya and drive solo around Thailand... Maybe as much as 3 months in one spot . I want my Thai friend to sell me her car... If we don't change ownership to my name... Is the car insured for me to drive? Is the car insured or the driver insured in Thailand? Any issues driving a car in Thailand that doesn't belong to me? OR.... at any checkpoints along the way just say I'm renting the car?
