    Why demolish 50/60 well established popular bars to build another 50/60? We all assumed it would be a new hotel/condo.

    I find it hard to believe that they just let the farmers burn their crops for months and cover the whole country in dangerous pollution. In the West they would be having a fit.

    The traffic certainly seems worse than previously. I dread driving into Central Pattaya/Soi Buakhao, even on a motorbike.

    Yes i think definitely earmarked for the Pattaya Casino when it gets the go ahead, with an attached 5 star hotel.

    I wonder how this new law will pan out, chaos i bet. Already have seen some cars getting clamped for illegal parking.

    I always boycott restaurants who do this, like a certain western pub in the Avenue in Pattaya

    I always pay in 100 baht and draw out 100 baht before i get the letter. Then go to Immingration the same day. I think the letter shows the closing balance on the previous day so any transaction on that day must still show the same figure. Probably overkill but they can't complain about the balances not being the same.

    So the Senate counts as seats in the Government? I assumed the Government was run by the majority Party in the lower house (as in most countries). Again i don't understand it.

    What would happen if Pheu got say 350 votes, a majority in the house but Prayut was voted PM as you outline above. Would he form a minority Government?

    Not my experience. I've done over 70 transfers, all have either come within seconds or next day at 2pm (if not done at the weekend). Larger transfers do not affect the wait time at all.

    I still don't fully understand the Thai electoral system. Even if Phue Thai got say 300 of the 500 voted seats isn't the PM appointed by the 750 delegates in both houses. As the 250 seat senate was appointed by, and will i presume support, Prayut how can anyone else be PM?

    I still don't fully understand the Thai electorial system. If the 250 senators are appointed by (and support) the pro Prayut party then does he only need 126 seats from the 500 voted seats to become PM again?

    Yes why can't we scan and email these returns. Thai post seems very bad at the moment. When i gave in my registered reply they quoted me 6 weeks to England.

    I am 69 and have had about 5 already. I got the first one about 3 months after i started my pension at 65 !! They obviously think i am on my last legs.

    If it's 5 different shops of course you will be charged 5 times. The deliveries will not happen at the same time.

    How can you tell how much salt you are taking each day. I never add salt to a meal but probably eat loads hidden in the meals i eat.

    The last time i went to Phuket we stayed at a nice hotel and someone there had paid big money to get one of those pool access rooms, very nice. The second day they turned up covered in bandages !! No swimming for them.

    I hope Toyota sue for trying to blame a new car for the crash. How could the steering wheel lock driving in a straight line. In the video he swerves violently to the left.
