Not sure how surprise inspections can lead to improvements in customer service metrics? He has a Minister of Transport, that's the guy you want to light a fire under. Haranguing airport employees, and "instructing" them to "find solutions" seems less than productive, but does seem to be the local "management style". Check-in lines looked massive yesterday. https://twitter.com/KhaosodEnglish/status/1761691345541108209

PM makes a surprise visit to Suvarnabhumi. This was not an episode of "Undercover Bosses - Thailand". He was not happy. Srettha disappointed after unannounced check at Suvarnabhumi Airport Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin made an unannounced check of operations at Suvarnabhumi Airport on Saturday and found the arrival and departure passenger procedures were still disappointing. Srettha announced on his X account on Saturday night that he had made another surprise inspection at Suvarnabhumi Airport on Saturday evening to follow up on his first unannounced inspection on February 5 in the morning.disappointed after unannounced check at Suvarnabhumi Airport https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/tourism/40035867

National Police Chief Torsak has transferred Big Joke's Crew to the RTP Central Office today. Of the eight one was head of Chantaburi Immigration, while another was head of Cha Chang Sao Immigration. They were threatening prosecutors and investigators a la Franky Five Angels. Big Joke knows how to build a good team. https://thethaiger.com/news/national/high-profile-online-gambling-case-sees-eight-police-officers-reassigned

It works, both international roaming and the preferred WiFi calling. I have two (2) UltraMobile SIMs, both purchased for $13 on eBay. -
Kratom leaves are legal. AFAIK extracts are not. Kratom extracts (boiling I guess, not sure if there are any other steps or additives) are used to make Happy Water. MAnufacture of Happy Water is uncontrolled. In addition to new substances emerging on the illicit drug market in the region, the emergence of a new drug product was noticed, sold under the street name of “Happy water”. The product is typically sold online through social media as well as in entertainment venues in liquid or powder form and consumed dissolved in water or other drinks. “Happy water” products may contain a range of different psychoactive substances in varying combinations and concentration. “Happy water” samples seized recently in Thailand, for example, contained MDMA, methamphetamine, diazepam, caffeine, tramadol, and ketamine. The effects of consuming drug products containing a combination of substances can be unpredictable and dangerous. Most overdoses, including fatal ones, involve use of more than one type of drug. https://www.unodc.org/LSS/Announcement/Details/0f57ddbe-01dd-481c-af78-0bc494c84a53 https://aseannow.com/topic/1294617-tourists-warned-against-taking-‘happy-water’-drug-in-thailand/

I'm curious how you know such intimate details. Puhleeze, the car was empty, bullet holes lower down on the door. Maybe he did it, maybe it was a message to back off Chakthip. Huh. His number two transferred 300 million baht (via Minnie). Again how do you know this? Because? They survive of their salary and the good graces of Hapkarn?

650,000 people treated for PM2.5-induced illnesses so far this year
bamnutsak replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Shades of Captain Renault feigning shock at gambling, in Casablanca. Had to believe the PM was unaware of sugar cane harvesting procedures, given he must have sat through a dozen PM 2.5 briefings already. So he is either ignorant or is a very bad liar, or just as dumb as he projects. Kind of a happy idiot. -

They've been recruited to fight the progress that MFP has emboldened. Quid Pro Quo. Allowed to return to Thailand but PTP must help take out MFP, and its successor, support regression back to pre-1932 levels, and help manage the next succession. -
The Seven Mountain Mandate deals with the mandate to Christians to take dominion over the so-called seven spheres of influence in our modern times. Each of these spheres is referred to as a mountain and many who claim to be modern apostles and prophets have been prophesying that Christianity will conquer these ‘mountains’ before Jesus returns to earth. Prominent followers Mike Johnson, Republican Congressman from Louisiana and Speaker of the House[7] Rafael Cruz, pastor and father of Senator Ted Cruz[2] Paula White, spiritual advisor to Donald Trump[3] Andrew Wommack, evangelical leader[8][9] Lauren Boebert, US House member[10] Michele Bachmann, U.S. representative for Minnesota's 6th congressional district from 2007 until 2015.[11] Tom Parker, Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court[7] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Mountain_Mandate
