    If you are going to buy tickets it is best to buy them on the app. All the licensed vendors rip everyone off.

    Gosh. I hardly remeber the first year now. The wife and I have been sharing life together over 42 years.

    I'm on a regular retirement visa, Ratchaburi. Immigration came to my house 1 time about 7 years ago. At that time they said they were going to start doing home visits more often. I have never seen them again. Just the one time in all the time I have been here.

    The main problem is that the insurance companies here will exclude many things based on pre existing conditions. For instance if you take blood pressure or cholesterol medication they will exclude heart attacks, strokes, etc. But they still charge you the same premium.

    The local government hospital still charges me 50 baht to see a doctor.

    After moving into my new home for about 3 months I had one fry a compressor unit outside. To my surprise the warranty covered the repair (Carrier brand). The mechanic said I should spray Baygon Lavender in the opening where the lines go into the unit about once a week. I guess they don't like the lavender smell.

    I can sometimes catch them with my hands and take them outside. Also I have a dustpan that the broom sits inside of and can brush them into it and cover it with the broom and take them out. Those sticky fly traps will also catch them.

    This comment I full agree with. She should be very highly compensated. The police are probably the only ones to be cmpensated for giving him back his money.

    They know of the law. But the fine has changed from 500B to 2,000B. That's what they are unaware of.

    I would get them to add some more solar panels. My 10kw inverter has about 12kw of panels. The batteries are the expensive part. You might find yourself wanting another battery in the future.

    I second the egg shells. Grind them up small. Don't use shells from salted eggs though.

    Chombueng, Ratchaburi about 10 am this morning. LPG tanker flips over making a right hand turn.

    I did my extension in January, Ratchaburi. They also asked for a copy of my wifes ID and blue book for our house. The past years just a copy of the TM30 was ok. I'm on a regular retirement extenson, not a marriage based one.
