  1. They did have a safety net under it though...
  2. He could have just had a heart attack or something similar. Not necessarily a suicide.
  3. They should be looking more closely at the company that apparently sold it to whomever.
  4. Number four has been offering money here. Last election money was handed out for votes but they would say it was for gas maney so you could attend their rallies.
  5. Hopefully we won't be seeing this on every channel after the election...
  6. I'm sure they had hundreds of safety first signs posted around the construction site.
  7. He was such a fountain of knowlege on these forums and will be sorely missed. My condolences.
  8. There is a white line painted at the end of the road. What else do you want?
  9. That has to be a fake plate on the car. I have never seen one like it, with no numbers on it. EDIT: nevermind. The linked article shows the actual plate number. They must have edited for this site.
  10. Technically it is not legal. You need a license to import vitamins into the country. As long as they think it is a reasonable amount for your personal consumption it probably will not be a problem. I do order vitamins from vitacost and iherb. However to avoid customs you have to keep the order small, less than a kilo I believe, and a value less than $1,500 baht.
  11. As others have said they don't freeze your account. In fact one of the conditions of your account is that you CAN withdraw from it.
  12. Just in Ratchaburi there are 3 solar farms that I am aware of. There could be more. So I would bet there are hundreds of them around the country. I've seen some in the bigger reservoirs too.
  13. I'd be shocked if 7, 22, or 37 didn't end up as next PM.
  14. You don't need to register again. That just allows you access to the online 90 day reporting. You can actually log in and do 90 day reports for other people too.
  15. The serenity plans it just says 'to be considered' The elite plan it says 'Possible full cover after 2 years moratorium in case there is no event (in or outpatient) connected to the preexisting condition' So it doesn't say they will cover something after 2 years but they might. Another thing about wrlife, they don't raise your premium if you have no claims that year. But if you have a claim your premium goes up 3% the next renewal.
  16. That is the most likely outcome. They won't cover anything to do with diabetes directly and also not cover anything they say was caused from you being diabetic. I've never used wrlife so I can't really say how good they are. But on their upper tier plans they state they will either consider covering preexisting conditions or cover them after 2 years with no claims on them.
  17. Sure it will accept your application. That doesn't mean it will get approved though.
  18. About 2 weeks ago now I did my 90 day online 5 days before it was due. It was pending until the due date at which time I got a rejection notice. I did not say why it was rejected. I went in to the office the same day to do my 90 day in person. I asked the officer why it was rejected. He told me I did not do it soon enough and needed to do it 14 days before. This was in Ratchaburi.
  19. So the road is prone to accidents not the drivers. Do they teach driving safely according to the conditions?
  20. They put little dolls in them anyway. And as someone else said she seems a little to old to go on vacation with a barbie doll?
  21. Tickets used to come in pairs but that was years ago. Officially the price is 80 baht per ticket. Most sell them for 100 baht though. And sets of the same numbers will sell for more. Like a set of 5 will cost 700 baht(or more). The big stands that sell tickets usually will redeem them too. They charge 2 or 3% of the winnings. Big winners you have to take to the main office in Bangkok. I also believe if you have an Om Sin bank account(GSB) they will cash tickets for you.
