It is very hard and very unlikely that a police general in Thailand involving himself with so many facets of the Thai justice will be a 100% without a fault even if he wanted to, the question is, how deep or how far his nefarious dealing went, i personally think that he's as good as they come and the best Thailand can hope for in a police general...
