They have a new Courtyard in Naklua. And, unless a Marriott executive was wrong, they will be building a massive complex across from Centric similar to Hua Hin which may also include a condominium. If you go past it on the Beach Road side, they just removed the market that was there and are putting up a high metal fence. I assume construction may start soon, so wait and see. Either way, something is going in there so the noise and traffic could be annoying at Centric.

Interesting, I lived there several years ago and it was the worst short term rentals crowd probably in the city. But, the management there was totally acceptable of it and I often wondered if they had some financial interest. Maybe they have new management with these changes.
