Wise Debit cards are not available in Thailand, so if you open your account here you can't get the card. Open your Wise account using an Address in the UK, Australia, US etc or anywhere that that cards are available. You can open it whilst in Thailand, just don't use your Thailand address etc.

If you are from the UK then the equivalent of HiSo would be the real "Upper Classes" It stands for High Society, so whilst some people think it means rich, someone can be rich and definitely not HiSO. Just like in the UK you get people who are rich, but lack sophistication and the correct upbringing to be allowed into the real upper levels of society. What you are looking for is Upper Middle Class Thais who are wealthy enough to have sent their kids to school and/or University overseas.

I don't think you understood the point of my post. Immigration are not going to question what jobs you want people to do, just that the job is appropriate to hire a farang. If you are going to start a business just to stay here you might as well do one that will make money. I presume you are under 50 and that is why you care about a WP.

The company can pretty much engage in any business. The work permit specifies what job each employee has and is there so you are approved for that job, however unless you were hired and a graphic designer and the company decided to send you out to work their stall in a shopping mall (not allowed obviously but used as an example) no one is checking whether you only do graphic design or if you sometimes write sales reports. Immigration don't have the time or the manpower to send people to every office or workplace checking what employees are doing. Set up a Bakery and you'll need a designer for all their marketing materials and the website, web guy to build and maintain the company website, marketing person to come up with marketing ideas, you'll need a videographer for their Tik Tok videos, you'll need an SEO person for generating web traffic, a Facebook Ads person, an IG Ads person..... I could probably think of a few more people you'd want in a proper web site team..... So that's a Bakery with at least 7 staff doing non bakery tasks.

It's great that you can do this. My parents both had Alzheimer's and they stayed in their own home in the UK until they died (Dad 7 years ago, Mum just this past December). They had 24 hour live in care for 10 years (Dad for 3 years, Mum for the full 10 years). They lived for almost 40 years in Asia, but once they moved back to the UK they wanted to stay there.

Lived where? If I had to live in Buriram I'd probably want to end my life after a few days. But life in Bangkok on the other hand is amazing, so much to do, so many opportunities to meet new people and get involved in things. We'll never know what issues this guy was facing, maybe he was heartbroken over a relationship breakup, maybe he got some bad medical news, maybe he lost his job and couldn't face having to leave Thailand. There are a myriad possible reasons why he jumped.

I had to look up Red Pill Theory. What a load of old nonsense. It really makes me wonder what is wrong with these guys that has made them think this way. It's just victim mentality, "I can't get a girlfriend who will be like this" but it's not my fault, it must be because of this reason or that reason. They never take responsibility for their own shortcomings. How old is he? Where is he from? On a scale of 1-10 how likely is he to turn heads? If he can't attract a GF in his home country what makes him think Asian girls are going to want to date him? If you are not a tourist how do you not know where to eat? Where in Thailand are you? Family restaurants? Sizzler, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King and dozens of other options Cheaper food? Plenty of Thai restaurants all over Bangkok (assuming that's where you are) You've not said what food you like or what your budget is. Cooking for yourself at home would be cheaper and healthier.

You must be kidding. I've been to London Steak and the less said about it the better. Buriram town is a sh*t-hole anyway. Absolutely nothing good there.
