If it was me, and I had the money, I'd offer to fix the fence. Again, if you've got the money, you could build a parallel fence if the woman won't let you repair. Do not try to poison the dogs. Maybe you should discuss it with your wife and the people who live around this lady to come up with a plan.

I agree with Sheryl and I'm not a Doctor, nor do I believe in running to a Doctor for most ailments, but you need to get you girlfriend in to see a real Doctor and not some clinic on the side of the road, either.

Good for her. I've not really ever seen her work, noticed the tie to Disney or performances, but I'm really happy for her accomplishments and being rewarded for them.

Why, LA? Some of us don't fit in the box that Immigration have told us to use. In my case, I qualify for an extension based on the retirement criteria because of my age, but am not able to stick ฿800,000 in a Thai bank. But, I live in a house that I purchased in my wife's name that's worth over ฿7,000,000 as I'm sure many others here have probably done. Unfortunately the stocks that I own have gone from $20 per share to almost nothing and my wife just couldn't quit spending. I know, it my fault for letting her, but... Anyway my point is that I pay only for the HOA village fees, ฿1,800 per month, electricity and water to live here (not including the food purchases, transportation, etc.). I've enough from Uncle Sam to live on, but I have debts in the US so I take my SSA payments there, then send the rest here, but that's usually only ฿59-60,000 every month. I use an agent because it gives me more flexibility and there is far less hassle or time involved and they're not wasting my time nor theirs, and in the end I think it's better to use one.

You've focused on the wrong opinion. Patong2021's opinion/comment is more accurate. Although the masks used are reported to not be any good against the PM2 air pollution, they do help to reduce the amount of dust and 'some' of that black smoke that comes from the 2 cycle motorcycle engines (and of course the diesel buses black smoke). It has nothing to do with COVID19.

Yes, I started my son driving on a wide road that leads to our subdivision and even on the more narrow streets inside it when he was 14. It was in my SUV. He did pretty good. His Mother never let him drive her vehicle, a sedan. He's 22 now and scares me to death when I ride with him, which means I use a taxi. He's already totaled one car and had an additional 2 or 3 accidents requiring extensive body work since he turned 20. Sadly, we (the wife and I) don't know where we went wrong. He was always careful with me when he was a teenager.

Sad to read that you had a poor experience purchasing Thai coffee on-line. I've been buying beans on Shopee for a couple of years now. The brand that purchase was Sole, but it seems they have been acquired. The last order was for Aro, but some providers called it Aero. The bag says Aro. It's an Arabica and Robusta mix. I noticed on some of the vendor's sites that they are also offering 'ground' coffee, too. (same brand). Good luck. Much cheaper on Shopee and they provide a certain confidence that you'll not be completely scammed. The Shopee shop that I used was "pop118119". I bought a 1 kg bag for 654 baht delivered.

I'm not going to go looking for the articles and evidence to claim that this statement is false, but it is absolutely false. You need to do more research before making such a claim.

@Card You've already gone past what I would have recommended, which is to never pull the root unless you're absolutely sure a root canal cannot be done. But, now to go forward. I lost one of my upper front incisors (due to incompetence, IMHO) in 1999. Initially I tried the implant, but my bone structure in my sinus area was too thin to support one (in fact while doing the prep my dentist actually drilled into the sinus cavity above that tooth area). I've had to resort to a bridge, which I am still using since 2015. It's a zirconium oxide bridge and it has been absolutely the best decision I've ever made (and I've been through all the options). Sadly once they pull those roots your options are only 3, denture, bridge or implant. (BTW, the other front tooth broke off at the gum about a year later, which now has a root canal with posts to complete the abutment on one side of the bridge. The abutment on the other side includes one incisor and one canine. My front 2 teeth broke playing American football when I was 16 (in 1969). There was still plenty of tooth remaining to just cover with crowns. Sadly, eventually the tooth under a crown will weaken and is subject to breaking off, which mine did. I was told by 2 Endodontists that my roots were too small for them to complete the procedure, so I let him to pull the roots. I was given the same story on the second front tooth. I found an independent dentist here in Bangkok and the Endodontists in his office completed the procedure.) Truth hurts... doesn't it. And they have prisons where it's very, very cold and isolated. I don't know who are the Russian AOC's or Congressmen Waters, but I think Russia would just open the door and let them in to inspect, then close the door before they can leave. (at least if Putin or the like is still in charge)
