Removing shoes going into a shop- selective hygiene?
brewsterbudgen replied to Scouse123's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Great post. It is of course completely ridiculous and contradictory. But, hey, that's Thailand for you! -
The owner said if you speak Thai then get out!!
brewsterbudgen replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
It's probably because you were speaking Thai so badly, that she couldn't handle it. It wouldn't have hurt you to speak in English! -

If you're in your 40s/50s and want kids, it's a good idea to find a partner who is young enough to have them. -

Aren't most people on this Forum with women significantly younger then them? I've always assumed it's the norm. -
I think there's a strong likelihood of casinos in tourist areas soon. But, as in Cambodia, I'm sure there'll be off limits for locals unless they work there.

Define "date". Surely, it means go out for dinner or a movie with a girl? Or in the muddled world of some BMs, does it mean have sex with a prostitute but not pay her? -

Yes, you misunderstood. Many aspects surrounding prostitution are illegal, but paying for or providing sexual services isn't itself illegal. -

Looks like it was temporary. FB back working now, thank goodness. 🙏 -
I use PerfectPlayer (which used to be PulseTV). It's been glitchy for a while too (there's a separate thread running) and I was thinking of switching to WizzTV as it usually gets good feedback. Now I'm not so sure!

Maybe for you, but for most a/c is essential.

PerfectPlayer TV (used to be PulseTV)
brewsterbudgen replied to brewsterbudgen's topic in Audio Visual AV
Yes, I updated to the new version too. Better movie/TV series selection and the Live TV stream is working well. But still endless buffering issues with most catch-up TV. This is intriguing - is it a new update and is it active yet? "Please stand by for an app update which will use a different delivery system, this will be running by the end of the weekend and will make things much smoother for Thailand based users. There will also be many new great features added in this update". -
