  1. Here's another idea, how about the war monger Putin gets the F out of Ukraine instead of cowardly attacks against civilians
  2. Indiscriminate Russian strikes are a war crime, EU says More reaction from Western allies of Ukraine now, as the European Union describes the "indiscriminate" Russian attacks on civilians in Ukraine as amounting to a "war crime". The European Commission describes the missile strikes being seen in Kyiv and other cities as "barbaric and cowardly". Foreign Affairs spokesman Peter Stano condemns the "heinous" attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure in the "strongest possible terms". BBC source
  3. Reports from BBC said the latest count from the Ukraine Ministry of defense was 75 missiles but they shot down 41 of them. However that still left over 30 landing and causing carnage and destruction. No tactical reason for this, just pure terror that coincides also with the new commander for Russian forces in Ukraine General Sergey Surovikin taking charge after the Crimea Bridge attack.
  4. What utter misinformation you spew, this was never about NATO and certainly not about Boris: As war began, Putin rejected a Ukraine peace deal recommended by aide But, despite earlier backing the negotiations, Putin made it clear when presented with Kozak's deal that the concessions negotiated by his aide did not go far enough and that he had expanded his objectives to include annexing swathes of Ukrainian territory, the sources said. The upshot: the deal was dropped. https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-pacific/exclusive-war-began-putin-rejected-ukraine-peace-deal-recommended-by-his-aide-2022-09-14/ President Zelensky: 'Ukraine won't join NATO to stop the war with Russia' In order to find peace with Russia, president Zelensky is willing to reject NATO https://www.marca.com/en/lifestyle/world-news/2022/03/23/623a883fca47418c4d8b45f6.html
  5. The terrorists attacking Kyiv, indiscriminate missile strikes, plenty of vids on twitter, childrens playground also hit Ukraine war: BBC journalist ducks as explosions hit central Kyiv The BBC's correspondent in Kyiv, Hugo Bachega, was delivering a news report when several explosions happened in the centre of Ukraine's capital city. The BBC has spoken to Hugo and confirmed that he and the camera crew are safe. https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-europe-63197951
  6. Reading Russian media then obviously you're going to get false figures. The UN is where those Russian outlets got that information on Donbas but the unfiltered actual information is this: On January 27, 2022, the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights released its most recent estimate of the victims of the Donbass conflict from 2014 to December 31, 2021. The famous figure of 14,000 casualties, often quoted by pro-Russian comments, comes from this document. In fact, the U.N. estimate is between 14,200 and 14,400 victims. By no means were these victims all “killed by the Ukrainians.” According to the U.N., 10,900 victims were soldiers, of which 4,400 were Ukrainians and 6,500 pro-Russian combatants of or on behalf of the separatist pseudo-republics. Civilian victims were between 3,400 and 3,500. The latter were in turn not all victims of attacks and of drones and rockets launched by Ukraine against the pseudo-republics. In fact, a part died in the portions of the oblasts of Luhansk and Donetsk that remained under Ukrainian control during attacks by separatists. The U.N. report also notes that 8.8% of all civilian victims come from a single incident, which happened on July 17, 2014, when Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot by a missile.
  7. Some other choice words from that same speech, his lawyers must want to gag him...............lol but then they seem as incompetent as he is. Trump referring to the NARA: "These are radical left lunatics, they lose documents, they plant documents, let’s see, is there a book on nuclear destruction or building of a nuclear weapon, let’s put that book in with Trump. No they plant documents, they have a terrible reputation." "I had a small number of boxes in storage… There is no crime. They should give me immediately back everything they have taken from me because it’s mine." Links from twitter video.
  8. Pointless having a debate with you on this subject because it also involves Trump and as soon as that's done you cry off topic
  9. Yes I noticed. An inter twined deal that Trump messed up and Biden had to carry through
  10. There's a full timeline in that article that makes things pretty clear in fact Trump went onto to say: "In a released statement, Trump criticizes Biden’s Sept. 11 withdrawal deadline saying, “we can and should get out earlier.” He concludes, “Getting out of Afghanistan is a wonderful and positive thing to do. I planned to withdraw on May 1st, and we should keep as close to that schedule as possible.”
  11. Who made a mess of it? The Trump administration in February 2020 negotiated a withdrawal agreement with the Taliban that excluded the Afghan government, freed 5,000 imprisoned Taliban soldiers and set a date certain of May 1, 2021, for the final withdrawal. And the Trump administration kept to the pact, reducing U.S. troop levels from about 13,000 to 2,500, even though the Taliban continued to attack Afghan government forces and welcomed al-Qaeda terrorists into the Taliban leadership. https://www.factcheck.org/2021/08/timeline-of-u-s-withdrawal-from-afghanistan/
  12. Things can change and the west is working on it. US Boosting Domestic Solar Industry, Reducing Reliance on China U.S. President Joe Biden Tuesday signed into law the sweeping Inflation Reduction Act, which includes tax incentives for the development of a more robust solar industry. The White House aims to triple domestic solar manufacturing by 2024. The law responds to longstanding calls by some in the solar industry for U.S. action to boost domestic manufacturing and to level the playing field between the United States and China. Many U.S. firms complain that China can manufacture solar panels and other hardware more cheaply than they can. https://www.voanews.com/a/us-boosting-domestic-solar-industry-reducing-reliance-on-china/6705923.html US Crackdown on Chinese Solar Means Sales Recovery Ruled Out US solar power equipment imports fell 16% through May Key China producers have had goods detained under new law Giant solar producers in China are ruling out any recovery in panel exports to the US as a recently enacted law targeting forced labor has stalled negotiations between US project developers and some foreign manufacturers. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-08-04/solar-giants-rule-out-us-boost-as-china-forced-labor-act-bites
  13. Peace talks are with Ukraine and Putin rejected them As war began, Putin rejected a Ukraine peace deal recommended by aide But, despite earlier backing the negotiations, Putin made it clear when presented with Kozak's deal that the concessions negotiated by his aide did not go far enough and that he had expanded his objectives to include annexing swathes of Ukrainian territory, the sources said. 14. Its ok, Russia's doing a mighty good job of supplying Ukraine with all it needs: Ukraine's New Offensive Is Fueled by Captured Russian Weapons “The Russians no longer have a firepower advantage. We smashed up all their artillery units before launching the offensive, and then we started to move ahead so fast that they didn’t even have time to fuel up and load their tanks,” said the officer. “They just fled and left everything behind.” Combined with weapons taken during Russia’s retreat from Kyiv and other parts of northern Ukraine in April, these recent gains have turned Moscow into by far the largest supplier of heavy weapons for Ukraine, well ahead of the U.S. or other allies in sheer numbers, according to open-source intelligence analysts. Western-provided weapons, though, are usually more advanced and precise. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/ukraine-s-new-offensive-is-fueled-by-captured-russian-weapons/ar-AA12CIDc
  15. Oh look, the Russian connection pops up again, Trump came up with an idea last year to cut a deal with the National Archives. In exchange for documents about the FBI investigation into his 2016 campaign's ties to Russia, he told advisers, he would return material he took from the White House. How Trump Deflected Demands for Documents, Enmeshing Aides Late last year, as the National Archives ratcheted up the pressure on former President Donald J. Trump to return boxes of records he had taken from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago club, he came up with an idea to resolve the looming showdown: cut a deal. Mr. Trump, still determined to show he had been wronged by the F.B.I. investigation into his 2016 campaign’s ties to Russia, was angry with the National Archives and Records Administration for its unwillingness to hand over a batch of sensitive documents that he thought proved his claims. In exchange for those documents, Mr. Trump told advisers, he would return to the National Archives the boxes of material he had taken to Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Fla. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/08/us/politics/trump-documents-lawyers.html No paywall archive link
  16. The crazies are out in Russia again, this time in Moscow demonstrating outside the US Embassy demanding a nuclear bomb be dropped on Washington Twitter video here
  17. This is not about Blair, or Bush or would you also like to bring in Stalin and Hitler?
  18. The civilian killing goes on. Official: Strikes on Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia kill 17 KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — A Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia overnight struck apartment buildings and killed at least 17 people, a top official in the Ukrainian city said Sunday. City council Secretary Anatoliy Kurtev said the city was struck by rockets overnight, and that at least five private houses were destroyed and around 40 were damaged. The Ukrainian military also confirmed the attack, saying that there were dozens of casualties. https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-putin-9f6099f7ab937d4e6563aa0aaa4a3184 Video of the nightmare in the tweet below
  19. Being reported now that one road lane of the bride is open to light traffic and the railway bridge will soon be repaired. So a few more strikes need to be planned for in the future! At the very least it is a huge propaganda victory for Ukraine, its not scared of Russia's nuclear threats. Quite right to. Have to wait and see now what Putin has in store as retribution, more mass shelling of civilian infrastructure no doubt. Here's the maxar satellite image.
  20. Actually its not even that far advanced, its just a leak that the FBI have enough evidence to present to the DOJ
  21. If you had quoted my full post it would have explained that to you
