Ya, I saw the other park heading East on the other side of the road. Awful lot of park development just to make it look used. Most people I have seen have just planted a ton of coconut trees and took care of them just enough to sell the land. Wife chimed in that those guys also owned a good chunk of second ring road properties and that they were just paying back the community for their good fortunes.

Are you speaking of ways to increase it's value in the future? Tough to project. We had offers of 3 million baht per rai on some pretty damn nice land outside of Chiang Mai about 6 years ago but wife thought it too cheap. Now, I would take 2.5/rai...

There is quite the nice park at about 2/3rds development at that location. Anyone know anything about it?

I deal with about 600 people a year in my business and a few have confessed they have never had the flu in their long life despite not ever having a flu shot. There are documented cases of people naturally immune to HIV. That is the thing about large populations. There is enough genetic variety that if some serious disease came through there would probably be enough naturally immune to repopulate after it burned through.

There is a rather large pond not far from the house and when it really pours, the wife goes out in the street with a net. She rarely comes up empty. Then, when the rain stops, she goes out to the remaining puddles and gets some more. While I don't eat the fish, she uses it in cooking for her and her relatives. Free food, they love it.

I was afraid of that. I do return to the US every year about mid Jan for 4 months to work so is it possible to step across the border towards the end of Nov without a re-entry permit and obtain a tourist Visa, come back in for the remainder of my time and then start the process of a multiple entry Non-O based on marriage once I come back from work and time the extension application better. Sound about right?

Does not make a difference how early you apply, they always want you to come in for the extension stamp 30 days after the expiration date.

So I'm on the one year extension by virtue of being married to a Thai wife from a non-O Visa. The problem is, this cycle started years ago, the leave Thailand date is Nov 28th, I file the renewal package about a month ahead but immigration always makes me come back on Dec 28th for the actual stamp which is always interfering with Dec plans with kids school winter vacation. Is there anyway to get off this current renewal cycle to a month earlier? Thanks in advance!

There is that. Just had the tech guys out who tinkered with the wireless router provided by the company. 500Mbps up and down on 5g is up to snuff, the 2.4g went from 20Mbps to over 100Mbps. Looks like original setting were the lowest bands in each frequency. Thanks for the response.

Paying for 1Gbits down and 500Mbits up for my college kids in BKK and they can't get even 1/2 of what is advertised. Calls just have you do the same rebooting of equipment with no change in speed. This would be a law suit in the US.
