Why are we seeing so many UFO'S now ?
Elkski replied to Social Media's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Just imagine how low cost balloon launched systems would be compared to other means. 40k feet so they could distribute chemicals or bird flu or whatever. Currently bird flu h5n1 is having a big impact in USA. Even transferred to mammals like bear, fox, etc. Jet stream heads East out of China at 150mph. -
Sounds like the place the OPs friends stayed at this trip didn't file a tm30. A few hotels I stayed in in my 7 weeks dec-jan for my passport but over half the time wife was able to check in with me standing there and they didn't ask for my passport. Does this mean they were saving time not doing the tm30 or not paying taxes? Small hotels just recovering from the COVID times. Also 3 weeks staying out in the hood and I don't file tm30s. Flew to Cambodia for new 45 days. I think this requirement is so they know tourists address. Maybe the Chinese stink has imagration crossing all their t and doting their i's

new 25 X 455w installation in CM by contractor
Elkski replied to gamb00ler's topic in Alternative/Renewable Energy Forum
Very nice looking install. My biggest concern for solar on my house is the roof mounting causing leaks. I have asphalt shingles 20 years old. So I would want to do a new roof at the same time 12-15k USD. Also freezing climate here so more important the top roof drainage plane is leak proof. Did the panels go on with roofing contractor there or after roof was done. It looks like the cement tiles? I see horizontal mounting brackets I think? I would like to see and understand how they mounted things and how your tiles are mounted. I'm careful around 12v batteries after I let a wrench touch both terminals. That was enough of arc flash for me and the missing metal on my wrench is my reminder to not do stupid again. Oh also I don't think most Americans understand water penetration unless they have been roofers for 20 years. Most minor roof leaks are not discovered for 5 years. I do have a 12x34' workshop, with South facing slope, but with the requirements of walking space around the panels I don't think I can get many there plus I think the wires to the house would need to go underground and that means sawing a 40' trench in my cement. -
We saw it 3D at terminal 21. It was a good movie. I but cliche and lots of violence and how can so much firepower explode all around but so few of the cast remain unscathed? Lots of underwater scenes. I really didn't see so many 3D effects that impressed me. Sat in center and 1/3 back. It wasn't to cold in there but always take a coat on BTS and theaters.

Revenue Department to tax Youtubers, online vendors and influencers
Elkski replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
His favorite porn sites. -
I could see this happening just like Airbnb condos. Maybe a small app or even a name that's recommended in a Facebook travel thread. Contact the guy for a ride in messenger or w he acts app orr better yet an encrypted chat app. Pay with prompt, Venmo or apple pay. Just a friend giving a friend a ride. I mean how do you measure friendship? people converse for x times online and the government let's foreigners send money to Thai women. Same same.

“Softening of demand after April” – Phuket hoteliers worry about bookings
Elkski replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
Wow so Russians buying up villas? Record % of one nationality? Higher than Chinese ever did? Maybe so much money they will be getting long stay Visa's? Staying long term via elite visa, starting companies, or however. I would imagine it would be a good idea to get much of your wealth out now. Overall interesting. When I was there in Jan I thought I saw some and wondered if they were on leave from the front. -
We need the laugh emoji. Private sleeper trains with a partner should be on everyone's bucket list. I thought the first reply was non sexual. Basically very well said. If the things you can do on a train are fun to you then you can have fun. Reading, knitting, playing music, there are night rides so you save a hotel room. Day rides allow you to see the smog.

Wild Boar On the Loose in Pattaya Draws Major Social Media Attention
Elkski replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
The big one maybe 200 kg but probably 170. They are to fat for wild. -
If it's not 25 mil USD your expectations are to high. First off I suggest you invest in an English writing class. And also learn Thai. Maybe get on IG and follow about 200 Thai IG star. They post pictures with groups when they go out or travel and then you can follow these others. Many times the cute gal in the picture has a private account. Perhaps if your profile is interesting, looks fun, some of them may let you into their IG account. Just like anywhere some of the high class gals are a bit chubby and they would be easier targets if your only interested in status or get out of jail contacts. Also some tact and a little modesty might be good to learn.

I began using netafim 17 years ago in my garden. I have used the 17mm with emitters every 12". There are now other brands of 17mm and 12mm and emitter spacings of 6" and 18". I now use the 6" spacing because I have very sandy soil. I grow raspberries with I think it is 6 rows of 12 mm spaced 6" apart so an emitter every 6" for a row 3' wide. Water every day for about 25 mins. I have seen it used in circles around trees using a closed ring around the tree of maybe 4' diameter. But mature trees would need a 2nd larger ring. I have a 20 year old pinyon and juniper (40 survivors from 50) Forrest planted from seedlings that I supplied using 800' of 17mm netafim distribution tubing and then used 1/4" drip tubing with emitters every 12" . The netafim warranty is only 10 years and I started having ruptured after 15 so I removed it all 2 years ago. I did hand water the 4-6' tall trees 2 years ago 2 times but none this past summer. I am hoping they are established as they are arid plants. Totally different climate. 15 " rain / year. I was using culinary water so no clogging issues. It you inherited trees it's hard to amend the soil. You can put lots of mulch dressing which I have done. I just used fertilizer spikes this past summer. I rarely used any fertilizer before. I probably should have. I say talk to many people. Use the list of inputs, measure the water needs of your soil to get the penetration and spread you need. Flooding the entire field may be ok when the trees are mature but wasting much water if they are young and spaced properly. On other parts of my garden I am using 17mm distribution line and 1/4" drip lines which I guess is 6mm. I like the 6" spacing for my row crops.

He must be well off and making coin to send 100k. These guys raise the expectations. Hope she isn't bragging to everyone. Several women asked my gf then fiance how much does he send each month? Seemed the minimum expectations were 20k. She even lied to one person. I hope the son is a good boy, has a career, and has left the next for good. I hope we read about this as a success story in 20 years. I read all but never did read how often or how many weeks he has spent with her?

It seems you are aware of most of the issues. I looked into this for the Thai family. One concern by bro in law was having to clean silt out of the tank. Most tanks don't have a hatch or big flushing drain so this becomes an ugly job at the minimum. Filtering would help. But even with them these spinner types wear out and you need replacement heads. I don't understand how using a tank will extend your water capacity of the pond? Some ponds are below the water table and fill in that way. Some micro spinner heads have a pretty big orifice so 120 mesh would work. But maybe their fkowrate is to high for 15 psi. It depends on what the local supplier keeps in stock and is used in your area. Different spinners don't last as long. As for separating the trees into groups that may be needed depending on the flow rate and size and distance of the main line and number of trees. Usually 2 heads per tree from what I saw being used on the durian trees. Some people use a solar panel and floating submersible pump to fill the tank and then gravity drip. Some design inputs needed are how much water will these trees need, how often is watering needed, and soil permability. How dirty is the water? You don't want to water to fast for soil type or You get runoff away from the tree. To slow if a point dripper and you may not water the outlying roots. Also How far from the hammock is this? Having to open and close valves to water smaller groups of trees will be tedious and require more time onsite. Changing and cleaning filters, running the pump to keep the tank full. The main line can have distribution valves near the tree groups or multiple runs of the main line. I think it's best to have the filter located where it gets more pressure so not just below the tank. Overall it's a complicated system, undependable and prone to problems and requires understanding of fluid dynamics. I tossed in the towel and we took the gas pump to the repair shop. We also didn't have 11 meters without a tower.

It sounds like your contemplating action 3 years to late. What is a lot of money? What % of his holdings? You could ask him to look at a fertility chart and how high the risk for the mother or birth defects 8scat 40 because she probably isn't 38.

Thailand’s democracy index for 2022 jumps to 55th place in world ranking
Elkski replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Well no credibility for this ranking. -
Except release gas or biological weapon or show the ability to do so at many elevations. Use the free propulsion of the jet stream. Cost about a zillion $ less than a sat. Plus they tested how the World responded.

Sad to hear the days without digital meters is in the horizon in Thailand. And the 1:1 credit in all the World would progress solar so much. You guys probably know how the power companies in the US have cried so much the payback rates are so low.

Does the average Joe n Jill moo ban rural voter hear or read anything about new parties? I am thinking they just hear what the men who attend the monthly meetings say. And a bit of what's shown on the TV. The only hope is in the youth.
