I want to clarify a few things that have probably been posted but went up to the local Revenue Department today 18 Nov in Kanchanaburi yet again. They did not know for sure the PND 90 and 91 and stated I have a pink id card which has the same number of digits as a Tin. They again asked about my income and stated just have the basic State Pension sent to my Thai bank and a couple of very small private pension ones and the total income for the Thai tax year 2024 is less than the 500k or possibly 550K currently tax exemptions and you do not need to file a tax form but bear in mind they not available. My situation is straight forward but just sharing this information but others no doubt have huge income and rental income. I also looked u[ the DTA agreement and not very clear, Cheers all and just being helpful to you

No new form pnd 90 and p91 and the allowable tax exemptions are out if ever?

Very interesting and sent an email to SCB and stating can you give us the ATM machine number and where do you find this on the screen. The one outside Seven- eleven is now working this morning 14 November 2024 but tried the one outside CJ and after inputing the security numbers and then came up with cards with a chip not accepted in this ATM

Thank you but why does my SCB work so well at GSB but not recently in the 2 village SCB ATMs in Danmakhamtia ie CJ and Seven Eleven and the former only in the last few years and maybe the machine

Yes I have a newish Debit Card since May and I have had no problems in using it in 2 Danmakhamtia ATMs at Seven-Eleven and CJ but recently stating about chip and pin and then cardless but just fine with Government Savings Bank but getting charged 20 x 2 Thai Baht and 20 Baht is hidden but comes off on the receipt on the GSB statement

This happened to me in October 2024 and my newish renewed SCB was working fine in the 2 village ATM but then had trouble and yes tried GSB and not just 20 Baht but also a hidden 20 baht which comes off the receipt but the SCB machines do play up but do run the risk of the card swallowed up but they are banks after all

Will make no difference and as of 13 Nov nothing no new forms if ever

On Nov 24 used my debit card a newish one with SCB and used it 3 times in a GSB ATM and yes they give a fee charge of 10 Baht and a hidden additional one which also came off the balance and was only using it as SCB sometimes refuse my debit card and something to do with a chip or otherwise, However, did not want to risk my card in 2 SCBs in my local village and the branch shut down a few years ago and had to go in to Kanchanaburi 7 times before I got my new debit card and banks well all over the world and they forget they got bailed out but still giving bonuses and salary increases to their staff!!!

I have just noticed and have a new debit card and 2 SCB ATMs and it would not accept my card so I have been to GSB debit card just to be sure' Yes concerned about losing my SCB debit card and continued to use the local GSB and done 6 withdrawals since October 2024 and the last 2 GSB charging a 10 Baht fee and also appear to take another 10 Baht fee but not mentioned. anyone else having this problem and I know out of province there can be a charge od 20 Baht Thanks all

Yes can see all angles but quite frankly most of us are ashamed to call ourselves British and they way all colours of Government "treat" their own British-born and bred Citizens yes we have enough illegals and so-called Stateless refugees and many of us have wonderful Thai families to support. However, like many other countries, the ones who contribute zilch get all the benefits. Yes agreed we know we will never be Thai but we certainly look after our wonderful families and these Stateless people how much salary would they bring in and yes in many other countries get all the benefits going, Just saying!!!

And you really think they will do this and let alone the forms!! No one knows as per usual and too many experts on here and on web sites.

So you should have one and many of us have no business or income in Thailand

So we await these so-called new forms and other official announcements and in English and very much doubt it!!!

We all may die suddenly overnight so enjoy each day if and when it comes!!!

Yes, will try later on but did try 2 different ATMs within 5 minutes but also noticed before they out of cash and eventually, there put a covering letter stuck to the machine or temporarily not available but the first time I got my funds at the 2nd ATM Thanks all
