  1. Once the only women you can be with are physically repulsive, as we all will be at some point, you have two choices. Live with a partner who provides company but who you don't want to have sex with, or live alone. One would hope that once you get to this point, you will be with someone you are strongly bonded with and will have adult children with grandchildren who still make you part of their lives.
  2. Well, yes, I'm not going to waste my time for you. That is the truth. ????‍♂️ I've searched many times, that's why I know it. I'm surprised you haven't, to be honest. How can you be sure of what you are saying if you haven't? I'm not ignorant, nor am I prejudiced. What would I even be prejudiced against? Or are you just throwing around words you heard somewhere else that you thought sounded cool? I've recalled the facts. It's supporting evidence that I don't wish to waste my time searching for. How can an opinion be erroneous? Do you actually know the difference between an opinion and a fact? Nope. ????
  3. It doesn't stand apposed to anything. If one person says that Thaksin was elected in free and fair democratic elections, while another points out that this is technically not true, it has nothing to do with how the current regime gained power. Did I say it was?
  4. I know better than to waste time searching for evidence that a Thaksin zealot will likely dismiss as "yellow-shirt propaganda". The very fact that you don't even acknowledge the basics of how Thaksin was not technically fairly or freely elected, speaks volumes. Most rational centrists can at least admit the corruption and harm that the Thaksin dynasty had on Thailand. It wasn't democratic at all. That's kind of the point. In the short term, it was obviously beneficial to Thailand, as it stopped Thaksin. Long-term, it's harder to say as Thailand has been through a lot in the last few years.
  5. I believe technically this is not true, due to cronyism, corruption and next-gen vote buying.
  6. I think that Thai people generally don't like being criticised in any way.
  7. The WHO are desperate to cling on to the influence they gained during covid. ????
  8. He probably thinks Thai people should treat others as they wish to be treated.
  9. How would that solve anything? You think this has anything to do with the current government?
  10. First they need to change Thai society to the point where they can enforce laws...
  11. Why do Americans never seem willing to actually address the root cause of this? Most of these gunmen are from broken homes and severely bullied at school, but all they ever talk about are guns. The media will say that he didn't have a father, his mother was absent from his life, everyone at school bullied him, he had no friends, was completely socially isolated, but act like that means nothing and solely focus on guns. Why does it seem like Americans don't care about the mental state of their youth even a tiny bit? Do these people actually care about anything other than doing things that annoy conservatives? It kind of seems like a symptom of the problem. Americans don't care about their children, they only care about annoying their political rivals, which could be why they're in this mess in the first place.
  12. So if you start medical insurance when you don't have a condition, they will keep insuring you if one develops? But if you don't have insurance, then try to get it once you have a condition, they will reject you?
  13. It's a pretty tough predicament. How do you ensure that you send a clear message that covid is a foreign disease, brought to Thailand by foreigners, and that all foreigners have covid, while still attracting tourism?
  14. Is this irony? If not, I'm relieved that that was the ending. Most users would have you believe that the minute your back is turned your Thai wife or girlfriend is cheating on you.
  15. Tourism honestly seems so passive when it comes to Thailand. They're used to basically sitting back and letting beaches, islands and party towns attract visitors. It's obviously challenging to them to think that they need to actively do anything to try to attract tourists or facilitate their arrival.
  16. It never worked, it was simply all balanced out by extra tourism cash so nobody really noticed.
  17. Generally, politicians look out for each other. Probably because they know the shoe might be on the other foot at some point. They will encourage someone to step down, but rarely is there anything bad enough a politician can do to trigger consequences. Maybe if they do something that puts them in prison.
  18. What makes any criticism of Soros anti-Semitic? If you don't like something he has done, and point that out, why is that anti-Semitic? What does it have to do with him being Jewish?
  19. And you feel you apply this judgement to everyone? If someone shares a negative opinion of someone without an explanation, you assume them to be a hater, racist, anti-Semite, etc.?
  20. So if anyone says anything bad about Soros they're automatically a hater or an Antisemite? Your opinion is right, and anyone with a different opinion is a hater or an antisemtie?
