  1. I only see two photos of bread to foot contact, and in both the bread is clearly already "made". There is no photo showing the man using his feet to make bread.
  2. Any evidence of the guy actually using his feet to make bread?
  3. How did they "invent" the physiological reaction that comes with pair bonding? Releases of endorphins, imprinting and literal phycological attachment, etc? Did they force the human body to change?
  4. It means crazy. It's a term used to differentiate between sane and insane people. My post wasn't abusive. Your opinion, which I disagree with.
  5. There's way more animosity online from left-wing nutjobs. They're more numerous, more persistent and far more tolerated/enabled by various platforms.
  6. Which, of course, goes hand-in-hand with the petty and exhausting Thai apologists, gatekeepers and "I'm more Thai than you" types.
  7. Very true. Often someone replies to another person and after a brief exchange you can see that most of their disquiet comes from the fact that they assume the OP has the same weird quirks or motivations as them. Often people, good or bad, assume people see the world in the same way as they do, and this comes across in how they react to other people's comments.
  8. "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy."
  9. I find your lack of willingness to tolerate intolerance intolerable!
  10. I don't think any of these sound like symptoms of anxiety. You should look up "anxiety". They sound a lot more like maybe culture shock with the first two, then fear/paranoia or some type of phobia with the rest. Why would someone experiencing "anxiety" make them an idiot? And why do you single out grown men, like there's something extra wrong with them having anxiety?
  11. You would have thought they would have picked it up at one of his 90-day checks. This is surely exactly the kind of situation they're designed to prevent.
  12. That's the point, they could have a much better vaccine. They chose an inferior vaccine long after it was common knowledge and long after better vaccines became available. The opportunity and necessity of acquiring a better vaccine has already happened, but they have chosen Sinovac over better alternatives. There is no excuse for continuing to order Sinovac over any other vaccine. "Work with what you have" is just a smoke screen. It doesn't apply here. You don't get to use that rhetoric after deliberately getting yourself into a situation.
  13. Cool, so continue to do nothing then in another three months time say "this is all we have, it's better than nothing". Great plan. There comes a point, like now for example, where you can no longer say "it's all we have" as you've had ample time to get something else, again.
  14. Surely they'll try to play both sides off against each other in an effort to benefit whatever the outcome? That's pretty much hard-wired into Thai diplomacy.
  15. No. At this point they could have been pursued by now. We have known about Delta and Sinovac long enough. "It's all we have and is better than nothing" is no longer a valid excuse. Maybe a few months ago, but not anymore.
  16. By China, yes. By the US, no. I'm not sure why your ally's presence should be intimidating. I would imagine it would be reassuring, especially if you are in danger of being attacked by your much larger neighbor.
  17. What about Philippines and Vietnam? Aren't they two that are fairly at odds with China?
  18. I wonder how the other SEA nations feel about this. Probably a positive for them.
  19. No. We're way past the "it's the best we can get right now so it's better than nothing" excuse.
  20. They're still ordering this stuff?!!! This makes me feel nauseous to read. I know why they're doing it, I just can't believe they're actually still doing it.
  21. Between four and six months actually. What's this guy a professor of? Not maths or calendars, I hope.
  22. It's incredible that some Thai people actually seem resentful towards foreign teachers. Working hard, caring about their children, making a positive difference in their future and the future of Thailand seems to not have much cache.
