Have you ever been to Thailand?

They need to hold everyone that didn't do their job responsible, at every level. If this happened in a Western country, people would be doing jail time and there would be significant changes to the law and to how things are done. Unfortunately, Thai safety culture caused this, and will likely prevent any meaningful changes from happening. This is actually an interesting addition to the "White culture" thread, where people were saying how much better Thailand is than the West. Food for thought.

If parents are suddenly concerned about the state of vehicles in Thailand, they should cancel all transport to and from the schools.

I can't believe they use this stuff at all. It seems to have a reputation for causing the death of everyone inside the vehicle whenever a crash happens.

I'm surprised a Merc bus didn't have emergency exits. I'm pretty sure the busses on the UK have exits on both sides and one at the back.

It's quite possible. Do you really think you would know what's it's like to be a disabled person or a victim of abuse in Thailand? You think any sort of discrimination or abuse would be plainly evident for you personally to see, or do you think it would be kept out of view?

It doesn't really matter if they blow most of the windfall celebrating their windfall. It's their money, after all. But it would be a little ironic.
