ChargeLoma is another app similar to Plugshare but that also doesn’t show Chatturat as closed so not much help.
-
Not sure why or how mine is in English, my location has me in Singapore for some reason ?? On an iPhone so maybe why looks different.
-
Plugshare app shows Chatturat has a charger at 25 kw. which would be your nearest at around 40 km. Might be worth taking a run by it when arriving in Bamnet Narong as a fallback. ( I did see it out of service yesterday but can’t find that now, might have been temporary ).
-
Yup, I bought one also when I discovered the mil’s house didn’t have an earth. Cost me 3,600 from Lazada but have used it plenty, an advantage over the BYD charger is if possible it can charge up to 16A cutting down the charging time. Carry it in the car and the BYD charger relegated to the spare bedroom with the multitude of other obsolete items i keep !
-
Indeed you appear to be out in the sticks, the nearest PEA charger at Chatturat appears to be out of order ( according to google maps info but not on other apps so who knows ? ) so nearest would be Chaiyaphum. Unless there’s a PEA office nearby in which case there is a chance they have a charger, PEA Bamnet Narong doesn’t appear to have a charger as only open office hours but there might be another nearby, they don’t appear on the PEA Volta app unfortunately. From my experience your BYD supplied emergency charger will not work if there is no earth cable fit to the socket. 3rd party chargers are available from Lazada to overcome this but will set you back around 3,500 baht !

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2024)

Just finished watching Top Boy, which i can recommend, and saw it starred Barry Keoghan . https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1830379/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk Did a little IMDb search for more stuff from Barry K and found this unusual but delightful movie/documentary American Animals. Barry Keoghan stars as Spencer, who together with his off the wall friend Warren decided to commit a daring heist from their local Kentucky University. Recruiting a couple of likeminded friends they plan the heist with methodical yet amateurish detail. What could possibly go wrong ?? A true story with an interesting format that works very well imho as the real four friends appear throughout the movie to give their interpretation of what actually happened. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6212478/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk -
New affordable EVs at the Nov 2024 Bangkok Motor Show

The different range standards do cause confusion, here the preferred ( by the dealer ) is NEDC whereas WLTP is closer to the truth. In fact the Atto 3 was released with a NEDC range of 480 km, many buyers complained and the dealer offered to change the range to 420 km based on WLTP standard. My Seal has a 650 km NEDC range which could possibly be achieved with ideal conditions, a flat road, minimal acceleration and a constant speed of 75 kph, something I am not prepared/able to test. In reality I get around 550 km which i am more than happy with. It gives me the ability to drive a 450 km round trip and have sufficient left ( around 15 to 20% ) Using the cars cumulative AEC, over nearly 17k, gives me 567 km which is close to reality. But the confusing thing is recently via an OTA I now have Dynamic range finder, opposed to the Standard range finder which always gives 650 km, and upon charging it is supposed to give the range based on my driving style. It will give me varying 100% range ( 634 to 667 km ) which is not really any better than NEDC ?. -

That was my experience at Bang Pa In Amphur. They requested a certified copy of British passport at the Embassy which was then to be translated at MFA. Also my birth certificate just translated at MFA. -
Because one man says so ?? Wouldn't it be fairer to allow all eligible citizens to decide who should run the country for the next 4 years ? Something like an election ?

Yeh, looks okay, well the trailer is “ Chilling “ , “ Riveting “, “ Thrilling “ so might be worth a watch. At least they didn’t go the whole way with a young sexy black woman 😀 -

I agree, it has a more professional feel about it and the shortcuts along the bottom of screen ( on my iPhone anyway ) are a nice addition. -

There is a grille that can be fit to stop leaves entering, available from Lazada, Shopee etc. I had one on order but cancelled due to some question of cutting down the air flow, after seeing this though i might rethink ? EDIT: just had a quick look inside and there are indeed a few leaves up against the radiator -
Brazil introduced what is locally known as “zero tolerance “ in 2012 but with a high level of corruption a simple 20 or 50 Reais note tucked into your driving document would make any issue disappear . https://www.who.int/news/item/01-08-2022-after-lengthy-debate--brazil-s-drink-driving-law-is-fully-ratified#:~:text=Brazil's 'Dry Law' stipulates that,blood-alcohol content of zero.
