  1. While they are more expensive (and worth it), they are not more difficult to maintain. They actually require less frequent maintenance because of the much greater filter area, and because the condensate is pumped out rather than relying on gravity, so the drains do not clog. They do not actually need a ceiling to function correctly, they just look better with a ceiling. I like Carrier for price, service and warranty. Do not buy anything with aluminum coils.

  3. As a leftist, she is by definition not guilty.
  4. Why would you doubt that?
  5. Yes, unlike the other indictments, he sees the documents case as having merit, but because no one else has been prosecuted for the same crimes, if convicted, it would likely be reversed on appeal.
  6. I'm not getting carried away sugar-plum, so try not to get your panties in a ruffle. Dershowitz effectively said the charges are political and that while he may be convicted by a DC jury, he said it would be overturned at the appellate level. The Dershow (google.com)
  7. I don't think it takes a "secret left wing group" to organize a bunch of Trump-hating zealots.
  8. I'm 65 and have a 20-year-old son...
  9. Yes, once you get out of lock-step with the left, all your credibility is gone!
  10. I agree. I doubt very much that Biden has the mental capacity to be "...directing the investigations and prosecutions...", but I don't doubt the left knows what's to be done.
  11. I was single and came here for work in '98.
  12. Huh, I used math at most every job I ever had, and every investment I ever made and every car I ever bought.
  13. CO2 is a little more difficult to weld with, but it is much cheaper and provides higher weld temperatures which (once you get used to it) make it faster. The higher temp makes thin material more difficult to weld, but it generally penetrates better and it's much better for burning off galvanizing and paint. The cost, speed and penetration make it pretty tough to beat CO2 for heavy fabricating, but not ideal for beginners or thin material. Argon is probably the easiest to learn and results in really clean, nice welds, but it is more expensive and burns cooler so it's slower and does not penetrate as well. One nice thing about Ar is that you can weld aluminum with it too. 75/25 ArCO2 is generally accepted as the best all-around MIG gas for mild steel.

  16. I thought Emily the Criminal (2022) was pretty good.
  17. I've never expected people to smile all the time, but you've (apparently) claimed it's better that no one ever smiles in public, that seems like a sad world to me. I could give a F*** less that some toe-rag thinks me smiling is a sign of weakness. I generally do want to be friends; I've never had too many.
  18. The Nissan I think has squared up. I had a '74 Chevy C30 "square body", style goes in cycles.
  19. And no real smiles, how is it better? It's like every person you see gives you a dollar. Half of them are fake, and half are real. Would it be better to get none?
  20. And it's nice when you phony smile back, and both smiles go from phony, to genuine.
  21. That makes no sense. What is the upside?
