There is alot written about KW diagnose, and most likely he have overlapping diagnoses. https://www.healthline.com/health/bipolar-and-narcissism https://www.psycom.net/bipolar-disorder/bipolar-and-narcissism

If you know some of the more serious specter of bipolar illnesses, you would know what Im talking about. He suffer obviously from frequently seriously bipolar mania.
-
Maybe not lobotomize him, but he should have been protected from himself for further damage to himself, and to all of those who is struggling with mental health and ending up in same category as him, because they have been labeled with a diagnose.
-
Some people used to be locked up and heavily medicated for their own good and everybody elses safety. k. West is one that should have been locked up when he is out of balance forgetting his medication for his bipolar disorder. Bipolarity is a wide diagnose, but K. West is out of control.

I guess the contract will be presented to her, and there is an offer to read trough, make change changes, and also have time to look through it with a lawyer or an agent. Have you guys been thinking about getting in contact with an agent since it seems you guys do not know much about the business. For many thais if you ask them if they want 1000 baht today, or 10 000 in a week instead, Im afraid they would choose 1000 today. They are scared to loose out, and do not trust there is anything in a week time.

The risk of STD’s is a good argument for being in a relationship and not rent! If rubber fetish is your thing, condoms is a good solution if you use them. -
Good to know, Im just 24 years to go, and hope Im still up at sunrise and still have plans for the day!
-
I where suit when freediving and shnorkeling, because of the burning and some lethal jellyfishes. The more you expose yourselvs, the more risk. Las thing I would have these days, is the antibiotics Resistent gonorrhea, or any other STDI. Even a risk getting it from a <deleted>.

Hummin replied to MrScratch's topic in I'm Too Fat Forum
The whole point is to have a diet that is not monoton and also sustainable for the long run. Food is a social thing, and going extreme is not in most peoples interest because we also trying to live a enjoyable life, and food is an important ingrident to exactly the very same. -

Research has shown that a typical male elite cross-country skier must consume 7,000 to 8,000 calories a day — more than three times the caloric needs of an average male — to meet the energy demands of the sport. Female elite skiers must eat about 3,500 to 4,000 calories a day — about double the calories consumed by the average woman. (A Swedish study found that during the hardest training days it can reach 8,126 for men and 4,780 for women — about double the calorie needs of Kenyan marathon runners.) What does it take to consume 8,000 calories — the equivalent of about 20 plates of lasagna or 40 scoops of ice cream — every day? https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/23/sports/olympics/cross-country-skiing-food.html -

10 000 calories is a diet for extreme athletes and those who go on a longer polar expedition lasting months. Not any ordinary human manage to eat. Not even in pure fat you will manage to eat 10k calories every day. That should be about 1,5 kg pork fat to manage. Good luck -

All the additives that is new to us the last 70 years have an impact for sure, as well most is now sitting all the day for work, and the food options on every corner, and never feel a bit hungry anymore. Craving is not hunger! For me personally had great success with a light keto diet with alot of fish, cheese, fat milk, roast beef, beef, chicken, little bit carbs from oat and rue cracker bread, banana as only fruit, and fresh vegetables every day. One eating day a week and useally big fat pizza. No alchohol consumed for 8 months. 16kg 3 months no starving, no cravings, and alot of energy. Total colary intake pr day except saturday 1750 c. Now im doing blanced diet 1750c a day no alchohol or any sugar drinks or food with added sugar. All food is home made with no additives. 16 hours fasting two meals a day. This is because Im not exercising 5 days a week at the moment. I have a fruit snack in the middle of day and coconut water. So far feels good with same feeling as I had on my Keto light diet. My mind feels clear, positive, happy, libido on top, and thats a rally good motivation to continue. I believe motivation is the biggest contributor for success and feeling it works, as well just a little bit understanding of composition of food. Self manipulation as well placebo is also great contributors. -

I think we just have admit our body is self regulated and can adopt to many different diets within the limits of healthy amount and balanced. Self regulated means it adopt to the environment and can be sustainable for a longer period. Science on diets is hard to produce evidence because we are all different, with different activity level, body composition and metabolism as age also plays a huge role for each and one of us. I agree -

Check this one out. Passing this village now and then, and it seems like a nice quiet place. Good infrastructure, a small hospital with english spoken staff. No russians https://thailandbo.se/en/huay-yang-eng/

Thats a different culture than Im coming from, and if there was any fighting in Benidorm in the 90’ies, you could be sure at least one of them was from Uk. As a security I never punched one time, but I defended myself, and wrestle manytimes, even those with knife. I was passive controlling, and It was a great kick everytime I managed to stay in control of myself, as well the other without any damage. Most of the time it was more a psychological game, and in most cases they calmed dawn after threatning my life. But again, different culture, and not sure the same tactic would work elsewhere.

Im planning to give blood, but it takes time to organize as well I left for Thailand. Going for a new check up in two weeks, and will ask them to do so if necessery.

I started with gel after a few lower dosed injection where I used 150mg 30 days, and managed to lower my hemmoglobin, amount of red blood cells. Im not familar with any other anti age clinics, so can not answer. What I can say, my MD dr in Norway have no clue at all and have to study or call other specialists. Even those who are supposed to know, is not updated and relays on what have been decided a decade ago for their practice. Im pleased to see new releases of studies lately, and hope they will keep up and change the practice soon.

I have positive experience with small doses, and if I do one or two injections every two weeks, I am not as energetic as less and more often. Now I feel the same is I guess I was when I was 35. However I believe and also my dr told me that testosterone can be stored in fat much longer than Intermuscular injections. So it is good to microdose even less in longer periods to “clean up. I started to get high hemmoglobin, and needed to step down on the doses for awhile. And to be true, do not dismiss Bangkok Hospital anti aging center, or Maximim clinics. They have been professional and sober in their conclusions and never tried to push anything else than I would need. The bloodwork they perform is solid, and not more expensive than any other lab. You pay for dr fee 800 - 1200 on BKK Hospital and at Maximum it is included. I was at a private clinic in Phetchabun who sent parts of my bloodwork to Bangkok Hospital, and also consulted the dr’s there.

The tread is about 80+ men, who most likely have younger wife. It doesnt matter age or not really, if one in a relationship have more needs in a relationship, and there is a healthy relationship, why not give each the freedom to get what they need? Many here find their wives on their peak in life, while they are 65 and older? And someone wondering why so many thai ladies have a kik, and why 58% of thai women is unfaithful (durex statistics) Im sure many here have been a temporary kik for thai women, fully knowing they had a husband or a long time relationship be it long distance relationship or not.

It is more complicated than just the drugs, it is lack of safety net for those who struggle day to day often with mental health, and fall out the society. Working as security I had to deal with drug addicts every day, and on a busy day 25 cases. I had one in custody until the police going to show up (2 hours) and had a long conversation with him why he was willing to ruin his life because of the drugs. The simple answer was «When sober I have all and every problem a human can face, when on drugs I have only one problem, and it is to manage to get the next fix. One problem is easier than the sky falling down on me every day, every hour» More social care for individuals, more equal possibillities so people do not fall out of society, but again, most people only care them and their own families than having a safe inviroment to live for everybody. To many people suffer from abuse and been betrayed from very young age. If you look at statistics, you see there is a fine balance between diciplined societies and social driven societies. I agree drugs is a social problem more than a fix for everything thats bad. However my experience personally the few times I did several different drugs just for the experience, was positive. But I have to many friends who did fall out because of drugs, or stayed status Q in their little bubble that their joint fix their life everyday. Do not realize the joint made them at status Q and never got the chance to evolve. Those who started frequently with stronger drugs is either dead, in and out of jail, or mental ill today and still drug addicts. Most of those who died was either in action doing extreme sports, suicide, few heath attacks. Still have many who evolved in to another life working, family, grunder business, co, etc who did well in life. Most have done well, but it doesnt add up for everyone who failed on their way out of different reasons. I had to say I have lived a life where I have lived exposed to people who was willing to risk everything for nothing, just to feel alive one more time.

Social boundaries is the biggest problems in society, where poor people take drugs to escape the reality, and middle class and higher take it for recreational purposes. Im for prevention by building a society where everyone have the same possibilities, but the majority have to be willing to pay for the costs.

Fake it to you make it. I believe we all have our experiences. Sex is one of the more brain stimulation game we can take part in. Both visually, sound, as well closed eyes fantasies with words to help each other. Trust is a huge factor, as well be able to play games the longer a relationship last. Pure love is nice, but it needs inspiration to keep that feeling alive. You know you love someone when your feeling grows for them by the years passing on. Respect and passion

At least I know sex can be sex, and it can be anything you want to imagine. If I loose interest, I mean I lost interest in sex, and have no energy to serve her needs, I would be as generous as I hope she will be to me. I would say being earnest, open and flexible can save many marriages that still have love with them for each other.
