  1. I came here for the comments, and no idea what his problem is!
  2. The surfsports answer to Keith Richard's! Not many of those kinds still alive. I have only one Ozzy friend left, the rest died of recklessly stupidity and recklessly drug abuse in larger combinations together. Live like a rock star, die like a rock star!
  3. I also struggled with breathing, and Dr's could not find anything, not even allergies, but at the end allergy medication was the solution. I also had periodic headaches and insomnia. One telfast or Zyrtec made me sleep as a baby when taken in the evening. I also use eucalyptus balm under my nose and at my troath, never struggled again in almost 20 years. Even dr can't find any reason for allergies, worth trying. Zyrtec make me more sleepy than Telfast, and the local version of Zyrtec contain the same drug cetirizin is very cheap in comparison, and works as good as the original.
  4. You have to ask the creator, not me, but I guess ketchup
  5. I found a nice studio central in Hua Hin at Condochain. Old <deleted>ty building but it had Great balcony and Great view. One of the best prospects I looked at back in time before I decided not to invest in any condo in Thailand. There is several old condominiums that is worth checking out in the area if studio with feeling of larger room and large balconies. Myself happy to live without neighbour's outback in Isan for now, but later, it might be more realistic with Bangkok Hospital and blueport as closest neighbour's ???? At minimum an outside kitchen at balcony if no space inside for a decent kitchen. 091 436 9379 https://maps.app.goo.gl/P27T1rrYF7eFgkQSA

  9. You think to much! Of course landlord have access to the apartment in case something happens. Should be clear in contract what landlord can do or not! Agreed Inspection every x months and allowed to showcase apartment if selling by agreement, so have no right to lock themselves in without any notice whenever they want.
  10. 3km uphill walk, power stretches, mobility stretches before coffee and soon breakfast. Yesterday full day shopping and blood donation.
  11. Great Island to stay three months, alot to do there. We found a nice bungalow with outside kitchen and great balcony close to the beach, partly with sea view at Reggea Garden villas. Do not remember the price we payed now, but it was high season. Book hotel or bungalow a few days and drive around as someone else mentioned here.
  12. It will finally affect all of us one way or the other. More documentation, more rules and more strict regulations. Anyone remember how it used to be? A walk in the park, now everyone complains how difficult immigration is? And why so? The more idiots on go found me without proper insurance is one thing that come to mind.
  13. Common sense only, and well ment advises.
  14. I do not know how old you are or how skilled you are, and even lucky and easily get good valuable connections, because all that you will need to survive in Thailand. You need a safety net, and with little resources, small problems have an tendency to get real big. Spend a few more years in Europe or elsewhere you can have well paid work, have patience, and Uild up an largge enough buffer to manage to build something in Thailand. Thumb of rule: You will need 3 times as much as you plan to use + safety money. How old are you? And why the rush?
  15. Afternoon 15 min warm up treadmill Squats Legpress Calfs Leg curls @Moonlover Same here, a balanced diet 3 times a day now, with little carbs through oats and fruit. About 1,2g protein pr kg body weight.

Today hill walking on treadmill 55min 5km Stretching, power stretching and mobility exercises 30min This morning bodyweight 88,5 down 3kg 2 weeks.
  17. Do you expect getting his life experiences for free, and talk to all kind of goats, and solve the world mysteries and problems night after night with drunk people. Why do you feel you need to speak with the manager? All by yourself when hitting the bars?
  18. Very important to know what cind of god we talking about. Scientists might believe in a god, or some kind of a force, but not all of them believe in a book religion view of a god, or Jesus was gods son. If Jesus is gods son, we all are gods sons and daughters!
  19. Both me and my sister have seen the same lumberjack in the forrest who was dead long time independently, and years between. Me and my fiance heard the same old gramaphone music, child crying, and someone sawing in the middle of night in our house from 1861. The lumberjack was scary, but the other sounds we heard, and talked about the morning after because I thought I had been dreaming, and she after I say one thing, continued with the next, and we at same time said the third thing we heard was just cosy, and not scary at all. The lumberjack shouted to me, time to go home, soon dark. Do I believe in Ghosts? Not really, but I think our brain can detect something and we create a ghost or whatever.
  20. Pretty much same as my standards, except wet roads and rain. We do go on to next destination even if its raining. Full package safety gear and visible colours and extra headlamps as. No evening night riding, or extreme busy holidays I park my bikes to. Local riding Im a bit easy on it, but always helmet.
  21. Thanks to others mistakes, I have survived s long as I have! So be great full for others stupidity
  22. We all do stupid things in life be it one way or the other. Sometimes we just have to roll the dices and say F it! Anyway, I put my money on proper safety gear, tires, brakes and insurance and try to minimize what possible can go wrong, and not to do to many stupid things at the same time, and be ignorant on it. Well, at least I can do my share of the safety aspect on it, the rest is up in other hands.
  23. Not to forget the well sized panzer beetles they have here. Saw a few incidents where they created a huge fling/cut in the face.
  24. Climbing, hiking, kayaking the mangroves, look at base jumping Tonsai and Railey beach. Island hopping and visit Koh Yao Noi. Tiger cave tempel.
  25. The most important, is wearing a proper safety standard helmet, and then for more safety, a full face helmet. Have to start one place. Short rides, shopping, beach, I use a proper open face helmet with proper shield, which covers the most essential parts.
