Thailand DESPERATELY needs at least one or two of these cases prosecuted as "attempted manslaughter" or the equivalent, because that is what it actually is! The news following these one or two cases would solve this problem overnight, IMO!

There is something oddly satisfying about watching a human deliver the news on the TV. I too, would like to know channel and time(s) if anybody knows.

I think it's a learning curve, not long ago they were dirt poor, <deleted>ting on the streets (which they still do in foreign countries according to news reports) and in less than a generation, they have the means to vacation abroad, which of-course they do take advantage of. Yes, the police are mostly ineffective in cases like this. BUT there are also civil courts, where she could file a claim for monetary compensation, and because there is a video and witnesses, she would most likely win, which will teach him a lesson, hopefully.

A completely demented scum of the Earth type of guy, who deserves everything and more that he has got coming very soon. IMO the "hero" in this story is one Saowarot Sapsamreng, the facebook user who posted this story, along with CCTV pictures of this low-life, which led to his timely arrest and possibly saving the small child's life!
