Strictly speaking not a sandwich however you can make it into a Sanga Next time you are making scrambled eggs throw in Feta. You might be pleasantly surprised.

You have asked same questions in previous thread https://aseannow.com/topic/1318228-does-marriage-protect-you-from-airport-immigration-hassles/ You mention using agent for non O marriage. Don't know how you managed that. In any event no one can answer as you have not outlined your most recent history in Thailand (previous 12+ months) and more importantly time spent out of Thailand. If you are married to a Thai national you should obtain a non O marriage You could also obtain 60 day extension "to visit wife" At very least a tourist visa. A visa exempt entry may require an onward flight.

These are not documents. One is copy of thai ID. The other is hand written letter to confirm still married. Perhaps the full Monty is required in USA, UK etc. Certainly not in nearby countries. In OP situation if it's more than I suggest then he can enter Thailand visa exempt and obtain non O at local immigration office in Thailand

This thread has gone well off track from OP question. If he is flying from Oz Jetstar the airline most likely require onward flight. As far as thai immigration they would (hardly ever) ask about onward flight or even funds. The denied entry would be down to other concerns, most common being ongoing stay in Thailand. The onward flight is basically irrelevant once landing in Thailand. Doesn't matter if it's a real ticket X same airport or elsewhere or a rent a ticket. It is useless. The "change flight" option will be more than new ticket. You almost certainly will be flown back to point of departure. So OP, you have not indicated extensive ongoing stay in Thailand imo you can attend check in and if there is an issue step away and book cheap flight out within 30. eg bkk to Saigon. I'm flying to Oz tomorrow (jetstar) and will again have a chat re this question however already know the reply.

Missed pages passport
DrJack54 replied to LauChan's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I know exactly what you are referring to. I renewed in 2016. Went to passport photo guy near my place in Bangkok. Attended Oz embassy and first thing clerk states is "these photo no good" Gives me directions to nearby pp photo joint. (Old embassy) Pics exactly the same. Just a scam. So yes using mail this time I was a bit nervous and went to professional joint short drive away. 200b I showed the Australian embassy guidelines and all was good. I can recommend to other Oz folk that mail in (no appointment required) works very well. Two weeks ago turn around time 20 days. -

Passport. departure card (TM.6) (if any) Example. Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (If the applicant has been notified before) Example. Completely filled in the notification form (TM.47) and signed by the applicant (not another person) Example. Ignore the TM6.(suspended for airports) My most recent at CW they just wanted last TM47 receipt and new filled in form. Had my lease etc, however was not looked at or required.

Bank Balance Confirmation?
DrJack54 replied to afm171's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
My post was not clear. I actually was not referring to your personal experience. The point is I have never seen one post of rejection on annual extension due to not showing bank book 3 months after extension approval. It's a nonsense requirement and while a trip to immigration office is easy for some it can be not so for many others. -

And did it ever result in rejection of extension application due to not reporting back after 3 months. No. -

DrJack54 replied to kimamey's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Heck. Look in your pp. Here is stock pic . It indicates where it was issued and multi or single and admitted untill date. Not difficult.
